I had my first haircut in about 2 years and Kira was lovely. I felt so relaxed and my hair looks great! She also gave me some tips on how to maintain my hair (wavy) for more on the go and to prevent frizz and the wave falling out. Everyone was so kind and it was just a very pleasant atmosphere.

I went to this place 3 times to get a hiar cut and there were diferents estilist that i seen and all the 3 times my cut was not done right i ask for a straight cut and didnt like i can see some long and shorts hair i recommend that check the scissors maybe they need new ones !!!

A month ago Angela treated me very well. Today, I showed up at 9:53 am. The door was open, i walked in and sat down. The girl who had just unlocked the door told me I'd have to leave cuz she was needing to count the drawer. I left and went to get a coffee at DD. At 9:58, I strolled back and she was outside locking up. She said she had to get a coffee. I went to my car. At 10 which is opening time, she wasn't back. When I was a cosmetologist we had to be at work 1 hour before opening. We did all we needed to do then were ready for customers.
I liked working with customers. I always had a full book.

From a 1 star I have updated to 5 stars.
I did have a horrible experience after coming here for years. The manager Claudia who is no longer there sadly did not treat me very well .
But the owner and manager Michelle handled the situation and have apologized to me.
They were both very compassionate and expressive on how much they care about their customers , said they would love for me to come back!
Made me feel warm and welcomed all over again. Michelle was very soft spoken just like the owner
I love the attention they gave to this matter and how they show they in fact care to give the best service and treatment.
I will be going back of course

I finally got the haircut I've wanted but didn’t get in so many other salons, in different states that I had gone to in the last 5 years (since Covid). Briana B. cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, the way i had it 5 years ago, how I had been begging other stylists to do it. Thank you Briana at Great Clips.

Was very upset. I wanted a mid length hair cut, after she was done, my hair was very short, lots of odd layers and uneven. I showed her a picture and it was nothing like it. When I tried to say something about the uneven layers, I was made to feel like I was wrong for pointing it out. Walked out in tears and will never been going back. I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed.

My husband told the stylist what he wanted,but she just shaved his hair off completely! I could have done that for free.

Sarah's hair cutting skills are awesome. Many compliments on my hair styles since having Sarah as my stylist. She works Saturdays only and very friendly!
