The building is undergoing renovations right now so hopefully all these issues will be resolved soon. Our room was dingy and old. The carpet was so dirty that my feet would get dirty just walking from the shower to the bed. We didn't dare sit in the lone chair for the same reason. The bathroom faucet was set far too hot! 2/3s of the possible settings had scalding water coming out. Full cold was the only usable setting. Lastly the elevator inspections have expired. The location was fantastic. The staff were very pleasant.

If you're looking for a hotel for your wedding, this Hampton Inn was a perfect choice! Our wedding was at Historic Ashland in Wrightsville so it was a quick ride from the hotel. I absolutely loved working with Cindi to coordinate our room block. She was so helpful and lovely every time we communicated. Plus, if you get 15 rooms booked, you can upgrade your own room to a suite - which was a great perk!

Hi! I stayed here for work for two weeks and I have to point out that Collin is literally the sweetest most accommodating hotel front desk receptionist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. GIVE HIM A RAISE! I as well as my co workers loved him. People like him are what great customer service is all about!

We stayed here on business two nights. The room was good. I understand they're currently renovating, but the breakfast was sub par for a Hampton Inn. We are Honors members but never received any amenities awarded honors members. The staff appeared ill equipped and not on the ball. The breakfast was poor. We've been to many Hampton Inns and have come expect the same quality at each. This was not the case. Try to do better.

Rooms are very dated. They are in the process of renovating and it can't happen soon enough. The couch was stained and worn. The carpet looked dodgy. No proper closet, just an old wardrobe. The ceiling in the bathroom was patched terribly. The mattress was super hard and I had a spring poking my back. Finally the big bottles of product did not have a tamper resistant top so who knows what a previous guest did to it. My one interaction with staff was great but that can't make up for the rest of it.

The worst hotel experience of my life. Seriously this property is many, many years past the current renovation. Rooms are nasty. There’s a musty weird smell. I wanted to leave but nothing else available. Sleeping in my car was seriously an option. The disgusting carpet in the room and hallways is something to behold. Buckled and a serious fall risk. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this property other than I am checking out tomorrow

**whatever you do, do not call the number listed online to book a room**Wanted to charge me $300+ to do it over the phone. Clicked through a couple apps. It wasn’t nearly that much.

We went in just to ask questions about our reservation and the girl at the front desk was rude and acted annoyed that she had to do her job and answer questions about our reservation. She was pouting the whole time and made me feel super unwelcome.Nearby activities: Wedding venue

Friendly staff. Very helpful. On checking out had a bottle of water for the road and had breakfast bags to go as well.Comfortable room. Nice bed. Smaller bathroom, but nice layout. Toliet is low.Breakfast room very comfortable and modern.Breakfast typical. Good choices. Eggs.and potatoes warm not hot.Good coffee including a flavored coffee. Nice.Good value and good location.Rooms: Good layout. Sofa comfortable. Good lighting

Great hotel off the 30. Clean rooms friendly staff. Lots of parking. Restaurant and a mall within walking distance.
