Large selection, decent prices, helpful but uneducated staff
Only complaint is that the staff don't know much about the products they sell, but were helpful in helping me find the products I needed.

This harbor freight is a lot bigger and nicer than the Hanover one, I like Hanover but e York has more things, and is kept nicer.

Ppl usually friendly in there but if you don't care about main name brand tools you can shop here to get like in my terms a generic tool . Not like a sears or other brand

We have had great success finding "affordable" tools!! We needed a log splitter w/o spending thousands..got an electric one & we love it. We had trees taken down & wanted the firewood! Now in New home, we needed chipper/shredder to help shred azalea
Dead blooms & many more plants that need deadheading!

Harbor freight always has good deals on tools. My number one place to get the requirement I need. Was working at my camper and went to pick up a few things. Store and staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you for being there.

As a location, this one has always been great to me. Friendly helpful staff. Never gotten any hassle if exchanging or upgrading a tool that didn't work or quite fit the need. You do have a restocking fee however to straight up return an item for a refund though, but this is necessary otherwise jack***es will just use the place to get free tool rentals. HF tool quality has also greatly improved over the years. I've nearly got the entire Bauer cordless line up at this point. Every one has worked excellently.
