“Staff was friendly and the perfect level of attention for retail. Everyone said hello, and Jim was helpful and accessible, but also gave me the space I needed to think and try out various office chairs to find one that was comfortable for my height and bad back.
Checking out was a breeze, no issues with pickup, and assembly was straightforward. The chair is great! Also impressed with a 5-year warranty that wasn't even 10% of the total price of the chair. At that price, why not? I work from home and the chair will get heavy use 5 days per week.”

“A great garden selection. Found the plants I was looking for.
They guarantee their plants which is awesome.
I asked advice on specific plants and they were very knowledgeable. They sell all your garden needs. Reasonably priced. Far better customer service than the big box store.”
“This is the best, cleanest and most filled store for choices for home goods that I have ever seen and I used to own Vizcaya Home Designs back in the day in Florida. At least 20 aisles of just pictures, 6+ for lamps, 30 for rugs, they have everything and all unique. It's the largest array of Christmas Decor I have ever seen. More than even shops dedicated for Xmas like you see in Gatlinburg, Cape Cod, Charleston and Savanah etc. The staff is so nice and helpful. Plan to take a whole day to go up and down each aisle. Puts IKEA to shame.”
“Ross’s mystifies me. I only go in because I see on Facebook I saw that the G.I.Joe Classified action figures I collect are on sale super cheap. The toy section looks like it was stocked by drunken circus clowns but I kinda low key love it. Like a treasure hunt.”

“This store is like Burlington or TJ Maxx. If you're there long enough you may score name brand clothing at incredible bargain prices. There are cool gadgets, knock knacks, kids items and clothes and even food & drink. Worth the visit!”
