Horrible and a nightmare store to deal with, attitude and lazy employee's. Order in store and after I paid they told me will be in a hour or so due to shortage of staff, went and got the rental there to find out that now the order may take to 6 or 8 hours, insane. So I had to cancel the rental and come home and wait another 8 hours and no call!!! Called them and not even a sorry or nothing after wasting half hour on the phone ping pong I told this guy name Chris to ship it next day since I’m pro member! He told me sorry but the next day now is 2 days, so next day is more next week… got an email that night saying the item is no longer in stock and has to wait who knows when, I’m sorry but when I order everything was in stock but now somehow is out of stock, so til this day I am waiting for my order to be delivered on 3k plus order! Horrible horrible store and company, minus if I could

Service was horrible, was at the check out and the woman at the check out refused to scan my and my Hispanic partners items and forced us to go to self checkout in a very rude and condescending way. Even though we waited in line like everyone else, but she scanned and checked out the white guy who was behind us with no problem at all. Out of all my years working in construction I have never been treated so disrespectful in a home Depot.

This store has a fairly good selection of metric fasteners. I needed ones that are subject to environmental issues (i.e. corrosion) . They have stainless ones, which is what I needed.

The people who work here are incredibly oblivious and rude about it. They will look you in the eye and block you from getting the thing you're trying to get off the shelf. They will look you in the eye and pretend like they didn't see you.

Bethann was absolutely useless while trying to return a faulty appliance along with the assist manager Brenden. NEVER got a return phone call from anyone. Was given faulty information multiple times about refund procedures. To top it off Bethann never processed the refund!! Paper work sat on her desk for 9 days until she did anything with it. Had to get upper management involved and it was still a disaster getting a refund! NEVER setting foot inside another HD store again

Went to pickup my curbside order. I waited 15 minutes then called the store. The phone rang numerous times but no one answered. I cancelled my order and left. I thought curbside was supposed to be a convenience.
