“I was absolutely amazed by the service at this Lowe’s, specifically Angela Vess. I bought an expensive dust collection system that on the app gave a 15 zero tracking number and said delivered. It had not been delivered an I was very frustrated because FedEx was no help. I called this Lowe’s and Mrs. Vess immediately found information on this order and went above and beyond contacting the vendor, getting the right tracking number, and emailing me all this information. I want to thank Lowe’s for being so considerate with my time and concerned about my issue.”

“From the moment I called to inquire about the flooring I purchased to the time I left the store, the service I received was excellent. I spoke with Andi over the phone and she was both friendly and helpful and even took the time to call me to get my order ready to pick up later that day. When there was a slight issue at check out both Andi, Tyler all the other staff members I encountered were calm, cool and collected the whole time. I would definitely recommend going to this one for the service and as always Home Depot has a good selection for what you need.”
