Worked for this company for 3 weeks did not have a schedule in place for me and had me training for a position I did not get hired for. District manager and HR was not thorough about it and did not do my onboarding until my third week working for the company. Not a culture place to work. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Didn’t work with them but was treated poorly by a woman that has involvement with the building. Was very polite asking her about parking/parking lot and she was very rude with her response. No common decency, no respect.

Our firm recently worked with George Hatchard on a transaction in the Philadelphia MSA. We were the buyers on a self storage conversion project. His professionalism and attentiveness throughout the process really went a long way to getting the deal done. We recently had the pleasure of working with Yevgeni Kaniayev to sell a couple small, distressed self storage centers inherited through an estate. Although small transactions in IRE's world, you would never know it as Yevgeni provided an exceptional level of professional service. Nice guy too.
