Jamie was fantastic working with us through the design process, and patient with my little tweaks to the band. He delivered exactly what we wanted at exactly the price point we were hoping to find. Professional and comfortable to work with. <48 hours before our engagement photoshoot, I discovered a stone had fallen out of my band. Jamie to the rescue - had it fixed by the next morning! We will definitely go back to Oletowne Jewelers in the future (maybe an anniversary band!)”

I did not have my order number for the ring my husband purchased for my Christmas gift. She took the time to call and hold on while waiting for someone at the corporate office find the information. I do not see customer service like that much anymore.

Even on their really busy days they acknowledge you and have you in your way in a timely manner. Top prices paid for scrap and when buying they have great prices. “Steve repaired my cherished wedding ring. It was originally set with 6 prongs, which kept bending. I’ve had it repaired and re-set 3 other times. Steve advised I should consider a 4 prong setting as it’s stronger and shows more of the stone - I’m so glad I trusted his advice! The ring is stunning and the setting feels much more solid. He cleaned and polished my ring and had it back to me much quicker than I anticipated. He went above and beyond with great communication and the work on my ring is just stunning! Plus, his pricing was beyond reasonable! If you are seeking a highly qualified jeweler that treats your jewelry with same love and passion that you have for it- Steve @ Franklin Jewelers is highly recommended by me; if you knew me, you’d know, that’s saying a lot!
