Stopped in for an oil change on my way home from work. Took about 20 minutes. Staff is knowledgeable about the services they provide. Was escorted to their waiting area where there was fresh coffee comfortable seats and television waiting for me. Price was great. Used a jiffy lube coupon

Took my jeep in for an inspection and oil change, everything was stated to be good and all I needed was wiper blades, I pay and leave on my way home brake light came on and my pedal was loose compared to what it was when I brought it in, was told I have to pay for it to be towed in and get it fixed because they’re not at fault the minute it leaves the shop! If you want issues with your vehicle and have to pay more money bring your vehicle here!

“Jiffy” should be removed from its name. I was there 1 hour 40 minutes to be told inspection will fail if I don’t purchase wiper blades ( which worked fine the day before). Went for oil change and inspection and it costs over $208 after coupons. Feel free to go there if you have lots of expendable money. After reading my bill. Since I complained about their sneaky practices. My bill reads “Not welcomed at this facility “. Thank you, Tyler W. But I had no intention of coming back. And also intend to tell everyone I know about your impeccable service. Have a nice day.

It felt like the level of service suffered due to a lack of experience/age. Even though the service was completed relatively quickly, the overall experience felt, as so many customer service experiences nowadays do, unprofessional. The service was completed relatively quickly but the overall experience felt rush and no sticker with recommended next service was given. I'm not sure why I bothered to write this review because I know that the company that owns this franchise could care less. Typical for customer service reviews/responses.

I took my car in for inspection and after 2 hours was told it failed for 3rd break light needing repaired (rightfully so).
I took my car for the required repair then took it back to Jiffy Lube so I could get my sticker. Was told it was 45 minute wait (for the sticker). I understand it's first come, first served but feel it's ridiculous to have to wait 45 minutes for them to put a sticker on my car that would take less than 2 minutes.

Brought car in for Oil change at rte 30 Jiffy lube in York, pa. They drained the transmission, then overfilled the oil by 5 quarts. Checked nothing, sent me on my way. Car could have blown up. Fortunitely had a friend who was a mechanic who drained the excessive oil and put 4 quarts of transmission fluid in my car.Made Jiffy lube reinmurse me for the transmission fluid and had them redo the oil change. They refused to refund my money for the oil change. They could have seriously damaged my vehicle, I honestly don't know that they didn't. The transmission took a beating running with almost no fluid.

Been going here for awhile but this will be the last time, service is not the same,had a kid say he put washer fluid in my truck but it all leaked out,but when I got home I put in myself nothing leaked,said I refused to have my air filter changed but didn't,said they put air in the tires but didn't they are getting real lazy on locks rd,time to go elsewhere.side note: did say something to manager and she did come say something to them

My check engine light has been on and off at random. I had a slight oil leak i didnt know about and an absolutely filthy filter. Logan was absolutely awesome! He took extra time to explain things to me that i didnt understand. He was really professional and efficient. All around great experience and logan deserves kudos!

First time coming to this location after my usual place stop doing inspections never coming back the people your spending your money with should at least pretend to be nice just a bad experience never coming back your charge more but your service is bad doesn’t add up
