I brought my car in to get my oil changed. I wanted to do the next change myself, but they tightened the oil plug so tight that I rounded it out. I brought the car back to them to fix it and change the oil, and THEN they broke the windshield washer reservoir. And instead of fixing that they said that I would have to pay them to fix their mistake. Awful experience. Avoid them at all cost

I was very disappointed this visit im usually n and out of there 30 min tops sat morning i waited 1hour n 40 min not sure why people came after me in and out i only needed a oil change also staff not very friendly today either i mean everyone has bad days just sayin hopefulky next vust will b quicker

They didn’t do the basic stuff, vacuum, windows & inflate the tires!!! They deserve a 0!!! I will never go back there again! I’d rather go to the dealership for an overpriced oil change!!!

For an auto care shop, the place was clean. But more importantly the mechanics appeared knowledgeable and they worked collaboratively.

They told me false information to get more business. They told me my battery was dead and I went down to have it checked at auto zone and they told me my battery was fine. I will not be back!!!

The people that work there are unprofessional. He thought because I am a woman he was going to get over on me by over charging me. He was trying to make me pay for another inspection. I will never do business with them again. Or send my family there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to confirm they would take me as it was close to closing time. They said as long as you are here before 3pm. I arrived at 2:58, and they said “sorry they just told me it was a no” AFTER I RUSHED OVER THERE AND LEFT MY GROCERY CART BEHIND TO BE SERVICED. Would not recommend anyone go there as you cannot depend on their word to be honest.

I guess they are under new ownership, the employees were great but they tried to tell me that i had to get oil that was $90 I’ve been there multiple times over the past 10 yrs and was never charged that much. They did however give me the regular cheaper oil after i argued but it’s crazy they almost demanded i get the expensive shit. Sorry to be a karen but I’ll never visit jiffy lube again.

I was here earlier today for an oil change, and I thought it was part of the service at Jiffy Lube to get your tire pressure checked, and fill them if need be. At least that’s how the other ones I’ve been to are. I specifically came here to get that (with my oil change) as my low tire pressure light was on my dash. After I left, I noticed it was still on. I went to pump air myself at Rutter’s later tonight, and it was at 25 psi, when my tires are supposed to be at 35. They drove my car into the bay and out so they must have seen it. With all the upcharges they push,that basic service should definitely be included, so I’m just a little disappointed

What should have been a simple oil and transmission fluid change has now turned into an HVAC issue. I don't know what they did but now there is no running A/C or heat. No matter the setting selected, air always come from the defrost vent at outside temps. What the hell dude

If I have to go back it will be my last resort. Needed an inspection and oil change. Expected the to be there an hour maybe even two hours. That turned into 4 and a half. In order to pass inspection I needed brakes and rotors on rear. Still shouldn’t have taken 4 1/2 hours. Took my car down and paid. But guess what they didn’t do the oil change. So I had wait for them to do the oil change pay again for the oil change. Half my day gone. $500 + gone!!! Good luck!! This was how my car looked after the service. They were looking for something to take of my wheel. Which has never happened before. Unless they never rotated my tires when they said that they did
