Pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with the communication and service. Celia showed me different units to help with making decision on which unit would be best suited for the storage I need. She explained everything per the lease, the code to access, and the locking process for the door. She is personable and professional. I had to stop in a few days later because I forgot my unit number and she was friendly and so very helpful.

Excellent experience, significantly better than other storage space drama I had previously experienced. Seamless, easy, and a pleasure - never thought I would say that about a storage rental experience! Recommended!

Stopped in on Saturday to help someone move and the manager Celia was super friendly and helpful! If I need a unit, I'm going here and telling everyone I know to go there!

This is a new facility and very convenient for southeast York. I stopped by to see the units instead of reserving online. The staff, Celia was fantastic. She was very friendly and spent several minutes showing me the facility and fully discussing the process. She provided great customer service throughout the process and quickly responded to my emails. The process was easy and went smoothly.

I want to express my appreciation to Tina coming in after hours to deliver me a new key to my storage unit. I need my passport and birth certificate. Thank you so much for your total staff in helping me resolve this issue. Now back to New York.

Abby is extremely helpful and has made it easy for me to continue renting my two units. I was upset that my second unit even though the same size cost me double the amount of my first unit, something about they are priced by supply and demand. She has good communication and commitment to making everything mooov smoothly 👌 👏 ☺️!!!!
