I've visited this JOANN location a few times, primarily to browse their seasonal offerings. However, I've found their prices to be excessively high. They often label items as 'on sale' to prevent coupon usage, but even then, the discounts are negligible due to the significant markup. This flawed business model is why many brick-and-mortar chains struggle to compete. On a positive note, the store has convenient parking and a good location near the highway.

Typically I do not have issues shopping in this store. However, today I was at the check out (no line) and the cashier was over talking to other customers. She acknowledged me and said she would be right with me. No problem.
After waiting a full ten mins I left the store. I also had an individual with me who has autism and was doing their best to stay calm while waiting but this was getting to be a bit much.
As simple solution would have been to quickly check us out and then return to the customers she was previously helping.
Additionally, after I left the store I could see from my car that the cashier continued to assist the other customers. I honestly do not believe she intended to help us in a reasonable time limit.

If you close at 8 then at 7:55 stare at the person at the store door and walk away. Wonder why they are closing your stores hmm great job.

Painfully slow, I has never been a quick trip coming in Herr, but yet I still come in.. NEVER AGAIN. 30 minutes standing in line is unacceptable!! 1 person behind the register having issues ringing up a customer up. I will forever go out of my way to avoid this store

Don’t bother and go to Michael’s or Hobby Lobby instead. As others have pointed out Joann’s will sell defective products and then won’t take them back. Absolutely terrible customer service to not even stand behind something they sold when it doesn’t work out of the box. I feel like even Walmart or Amazon would stand behind their sales. Unfortunately I bought with a gift card my parents got me for my birthday, so I can't even dispute a charge with my credit card company. I don't normally go to this store because it's much smaller and kind of dirtier than other craft stores around, not to mention the shopping center is a little sketchy. Now I definitely won't be back. Not worth the aggravation. I'd rather have fun crafting rather than spending hours and hours trying to contact customer service.

Beware of buying “anything with a cord” from this place. If you get it, even if it’s dead right out of the box, they won’t let you return it.Bought a very expensive Cricut Mug Press and out of the box it didn’t work. Contacted Cricut support and they confirmed it was dead but then won’t respond about sending a replacement. Tried to take it back to the store and they won’t let me return it.The thing never turned on right out of the box so it’s not an issue of me using it and it broke, it was DOA when I bought it. Now I’m out almost $200 on a defective thing they won’t honor.Their response “anything with a cord has to go through warranty regardless”.I will not be back here. I’ve never had a store act like this and not allow a return on a defective product.

Bought a very expensive Cricut Mug Press and out of the box it didn’t work. Contacted Cricut support and they confirmed it was dead but then won’t respond about sending a replacement. Tried to take it back to the store and they won’t let me return it.
