The young lady working here when i went in to purchase a pair of vans was very helpful and friendly. She definitely had a good vibe and was quick to help answer and questions I had regarding purchasing a new pair of shoes. Highly recommend this location

In and out. Called ahead for my shoe type and size they had it in stock! They usually don't. Associate on the phone was nice enough to hold the pair for a day for me. Picked it up after work. Ended up being cheaper than the website journeys and converse sites both had shipping fees.

I usually love this store when it was in Westminster was happy to find one open.Sorry but very few choices I ask if they could get more of what I was looking for from another one of there stores but I guess people don't do that anymore, Not everyone buys online I like to see it feel it.Young lady seemed like I was bothering her. MAYBE she didn't know how to get more of something?I worked retail for years in the past and I loved helping customers at Christmas find what they were looking for.Times change but if the workers don't help people all the stores will be gone and all we will have is online shopping. I really hope it doesn't just come to that. When you work at a store that is that expensive you really need to make the customers happy ? or the stuff will stay there.And you won't have a job.I know people sometimes have a bad day but I know I have spent plenty of money ? in that store when it was in Westminster maryland. That's why I went all the way to PA to check it out. Just for a dead in.

Warning: they don't let you get a refund on socks you bought with your shoes 20 minutes after you got them. Don't buy their socks, Marshall's has cuter socks for cheaper and it's a few steps away.

Smells like a giant Vape cloud, and allows stores geared towards teens to sell clothing that says "Your daughter does anal".

it took 20 minutes for the girl to ask if we needed sizes or if we had any questions. we stood in one place waiting for her to ask.

This is actually one of my favorite go to malls cuz it’s never to crowded today I decided to try the store upstairs theSpot or whatever it’s called. As soon as I walked in I was not greeted at all by any worker, she was actually on the phone talking leaning on a clothing table. And she was cursing on this phone. Really horrible customer service at that place for my first time going in. Will not be going back that’s for sure. Other than that I absolutely love this mall and the other stores in it.
