I have been staying here for the last 8 years for the PA YMCA Central Districts meet. The staff has always been great. There are several restaurants nearby and the Graham Aquatic Center is only 7 minutes away.

The Pool is out and won't be opened but yet they continue to allow it to come up in search engines as an indoor pool. THEY DON"T HAVE A pool. The front desk is rude and the policy of the hotel is that they won't refund any cancellation. Do NOT USE! DO NOT USE!

Rooms are barely acceptable.Staff is rude, lazy, unwilling to help, and shows high levels of frustration when asked simple questions like "may I have some extra towels".However one lady was nice and offered a snow brush. The rest where rude and disinterested.One staff member told me one thing, very clearly, and then bold face lied to their boss about it causing loss for myself that I will never recover.No one there seems to care about it either.Breakfast is repeatative and bland. Morning breakfast crew seemed annoyed to be there.Finally getting in and out of this place is a journey of itself. It is very difficult to find the way into it from the main highway. And keep an eye out for the actual crater in the side road to the hotel just before the driveway.Rooms: Rooms where just this side of acceptable.Walkability: Quaker Steak is great food and fun atmosphere and only a 2 minute walk

ALERT. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves. This hotel has a pool under construction for the last 2 years. The. When checked in, found out that elevator is broken. With a special needs child, this is a problem! When calling customer service to move to a another Wyndham 1 mile away, they told me tough luck, Can’t cancel same day and “I should have checked the website about the location before booking” not a fan of being victim shamed basically saying it is my problem this property sucks!! As a business owner I am making sure no one in my org uses a Wyndham property in the future!

Very well kept up. Rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had many choices and kept well stocked. I would definitely stay there again. Not a five star hotel but very good.

The hotel and my guest room were modern, attractive, and very clean. All staff people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety was excellent. I would suggest installing a grab bar in the tub. It was a little slippery and nothing, not even a soap dish handle, to hold onto getting in and out.

Not good service... my fiancé and I came in super late (5:30 am) from a very long road trip and needed a room. Usually we go to La Quinta because they are pretty consistent with their service and hospitality. The woman helping us at the front desk couldnt get anything to work and had us sit there for about 20-25 minutes. Following that, she did not tell us that we would have to pay 180$ to leave in 5 hours (after she took ages to get a room). The woman that knocked for housekeeping was very rude telling us to get out at 11:03. Every other La Quinta we've stayed in recently (quite a few) has given us the full day if we ask for a room that early, which is very helpful after a long road trip through the night. overall poor and disappointing.

All around pleasant stay - Obviously not a luxury hotel but we don't spend that kind of money on a bed for the night! Clean, safe, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, modern, well decorated, yummy breakfast, easy check in/out.
