Went in looking for new recliners. Worked with Clint who was super knowledgeable and was more concerned with us making sure we made the right choice so that we were going to be comfortable and happy for a long time. Would totally recommend Lazy Boy…and ask for Clint.

Found lazyboy to be very versatile when picking fabric and building from a sectional to couch and loveseat. Furniture is well built and holds up very well. This is my second set from lazyboy. Shopped a lot of other stores and they just don't compare.

So far we have been extremely pleased with our experience buying furniture from Lay Z Boy. We purchased a sofa and a recliner. Kay, from the York, PA location has been great. She’s worked with us as far as pricing and finding us exactly what will work for our space. We’ve bought furniture in the past from a “cheaper” furniture store and the experience, so far, with Lay Z Boy has been far superior. As far as the quality, I guess time will tell. However, Lay Z Boy has a great warranty to guarantee the structure. (Our current sofa purchased from the other place has literally broken!)
I’d say my only “complaint” was figuring out which fabric we could get for the sofa. On-line it showed many options without a price increase. However, they weren’t able to easily show us these in the store. However, they were very accommodating and worked with us to find one we liked without an increase in price.
Update: Furniture was delivered and we have been very pleased with it so far!
