I have been going to liberty tax for years. And ever since Karisha started it has been an easy stress free process. She's caring and knowledgeable. I actually enjoy going into the office. The time it takes for her to do my paperwork goes by so fast because she actually talks with her clients. She makes us comfortable. We talk and laugh. She bets not EVER leave. Lol.

This is my third year coming into Liberty Tax office for assistance. As always Karisha Seidel does a great job with her services that are offered. The process is extremely fast and she’s very welcoming and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable while doing her job. She remembers all her clients and that makes the process even better in my eyes.

Have been coming here for a few years and will not go anywhere else! The office manager Karisha was very professional and very sweet to our family today. Upon arrival our son was crying and a tad cranky. Karisha offered puzzles, books, and showed compassion to make this appointment go smoothly. I trust coming here, and I would 10/10 recommend. Made an appointment on their site for 9am and when I came they were closed. The door says they open at 10am. They need to update their website and not allow people to book at 9am if they aren’t open. Super inconvenient when it’s 16 degrees outside and you have to drag kids out.

I will never use Liberty Tax again. I have lived in this area for two years and they have messed up my taxes for the last two years. I notified them that I have a rental property back home and they did nothing about it. They never told me I needed to bring in documentation or anything about my rental and now, I can't buy a house because they never did a "Schedule E" for my rental property. They also messed up my local tax rate and I received a bill because they did not do it correctly in the first place. This is why I don't do my own taxes. These are professional people and should know what they are doing. I will never go back to them!!!
