This place was ok at first, but the more I shop there, the more I hate it. The staff act like you are bothering them if you have questions, they roll their eyes off you don't buy what you try on, I ask if they are having any sales coming up and they always tell me they have no idea when a sale will be. They hide clothes that customers want to buy for themselves in a closet near the register. And the manager is the worst of all. She was so rude to me. When I asked for a manager, I was SHOCKED when she told me she was. There is only one lady there that is great, she's older and has an accent. She would be a great manager. I MUST agree with the other reviewers that mentioned how snotty and "better- than" the staff portray to the guests. I've heard them talk about me as I was shopping this past time, and I have heard them talking bad about other customers as well. If you looare in regular clothes, they think you can't afford to buy things here. Severe misjudgement. Only that one lady treats customers equally and makes you feel welcome. I suggest shopping at other locations or even finding a student brand to wear.

What this store has in style it lacks in substance. My fiancée left there the other day visibly disturbed by how snooty and apathetic the associates were to her. When she approached the counter to ask a question about the closing times, the two women there took quite a bit of time to look her up and down, as if judging her appearance, and then responded plainly without offering any more assistance and going back to talking among themselves about closing soon. While my fiancée wasn't dressed to the nines that day going home from work, they treated her like she didn't have the money to buy anything there (A wildly incorrect assumption). The energy was on the border between apathetic and hostile.From LOFT's website: "We provide all women with fashion and inspiration for living confidently every day"If this is the standard they hold their associates to, they better get more inspirational. Right now they inspire as much confidence as those indie bands that sell their albums on cassettes in suburban garages.

One of the associates treated my fiancé awfully while shopping there. I’m sure it’s just one rude person at a company, but I truly do not recommend shopping at the West Manchester Loft at this time.

My husband took my children to this store to shop for my birthday 12/18 and Chirstmas. My children asked to shop there for gifts for their mother. They were being helped by staff with no problem then told they need to put masks on due to a "karen" complaining. They were asked if they had a medical condition that prevented them from wearing a mask. Legally they cannot be asked if they have a medical condition. They put the clothing they had picked out down and left. Sad, my children can't even shop for gifts for their mother. I was at the store the day before and not bothered. May want to rethink approaching customers, you are losing business. Lost ours

Amazing! Amanda C. is the best! As the mother of a toddler I can't remember the last time I went to the store to shop for myself. However, with an upcoming trip home to see family/friends I hadn't seen for a while I decided to give it a try. I was fully prepared to walk out of there, and half expected that I would need to, since my 2 year old tends to get wiggly in stores. Which of course she did. No surprise. She got extremely wiggly which made it incredibly stressful for me. Luckily, Amanda C. stepped in and was beyond helpful. She helped me find items quickly and even used my phone to check if items were better to buy in store or for pick up in store. Without her I would have left with nothing. Which, as my fellow moms of toddlers know, is usually the case....it's always all about the baby. But not this time!!! I ended up buying several items which gave me so much confidence going home to family and friends. So I guess this post is more about Amanda C. because I've always loved loft clothes. I just hadn't bought any since before my baby, until now. So again my thanks! I'll definitely be back!!!
