Louies Auto service did an excellent job with helping me fix my jeep grand Cherokee my maintenance man was named Michael. He was super super helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was done right and to get it ready for me to sell it. He also offered to do a courtesy maintenance check up on the next car I intended to purchase. As of right now think the jeep is running great. I’d like to keep it a lot longer and thanks to Michael I will be able to keep my Jeep on the road longer than anticipated. The staff at Louis’s Auto service was also very friendly and very helpful and did everything in their power to have my vehicle done at a certain time even during their busy snow towing days. Another great service that they have. 24 hour towing.

**Veteran Friendly Business** I had such a good customer service experience speaking with Michelle and Carrie about options for new tires. They made it a point that I knew about a rebate that was offered by the manufacturer of my tires and made sure I had all the required information to receive that rebate. Because of the outstanding and polite customer service we decided to add on our inspection and emissions testing, as well as an oil change. You can tell that their mechanics know their stuff within a short conversation with them. Something that truly stood out was they gave us a 10% veteran/military discount for my husband's retired military status. I highly recommend Louie's Auto Service and plan to continue giving my business to them.

I waited for over an hour for an Oil change and the Oil change cost me 183.00 the most I have ever paid for in my life of owning cars. Please find some where else to spend your money and your time.

Went into the store to get help with a flat tire on a rental. I had already changed and put the spare in. The lady at the front desk called the technician. He said I would need a new tire given the damage. I told them that I was enroute somewhere and needed to go now, so couldn't wait to get it done. They were still super helpful and gave me tips on driving with the spare. The technician tucked away the damaged tire in the undercarriage of the car, checked the tire pressure on the spare and the owner came around to check up and see if I need anything else. I asked them if I owed them anything and the technician refused graciously. 5-star experience! Thanks Louie's Auto Service!

Louie's was amazing, coming to our rescue yesterday at practically the last minute (poor guy was on his way home and was called back)! We were left completely hanging by another tow truck company and needed to get my car to the dealership all the way in Mechanicsburg before they closed! Fast, friendly and amazing! And funny enough, the guy who towed my car also had picked up my daughters car for salvage after she was in an accident! Should we ever need tow service again, Louie's will be our first call! 💜💜💜

When all the other tow companies failed Louie’s came to the rescue. When we called they showed up within 20 minutes and got us to where we had to be with a reasonable price and great customer service. we really appreciate the great service. They will have our support and business from here on out

No good! My car was towed there and was there for two days and they charged me double the price and other extra charges they rob you without thinking it twice and the person who works there has no ethics at all.?????

Terrible Customer Service. The lady behind the phone for one is probably the worst person you could possibly communicate with due to her attitude and lack of enthusiasm, TWO they will overcharge you with ridiculous prices to even get your car back. This company is a joke.
