Went to buy a washer and a dryer. Set up delivery and set up. Paid for with it with my card debit credit. Get a call from them that they can't deliver the dryer because there was PO.Code problem. Call them up to see how I can fix this problem. They suggest to me that I should cancel the whole order.
And start a new one. I tell them that if they do that.Then I would not have the money on the card to make the purchase for a new order. They tell me that my money should be back in my account. So I decide to do as they ask me to. when ordering the new washer and dryer. They tell me there's not enough money in the account. So now it takes four more days for me to get the money to start the process again. So when asked about maybe any discount for my inconvenience of no making of my own. They act like there is nothing possible they can do for me. They did end up giving me ten percent off and waiver the delivery fee. Next time I will probably try somewhere else.

I would give a zero but that’s not an option. I have bought every major appliance from here to include Pergo flooring for my entire first floor. The Pergo waterproof flooring is defective. Bubble and rippling throughout are showing up more and more. I have done nothing to cause this so it’s clearly defective. Past the year mark but still shouldn’t be happening, store manager agreed and helped me file claim with Pergo. Pergo will not deal with customer, only with who bought from them which is Lowe’s. BTW, they also installed my flooring. Over a month and a half, nothing. I follow up constantly, no one will get back to me. I’m filing with courts now. Warning! Don’t buy flooring with these people, don’t expect price professionalism either.

We've been purchasing items to finally finish the basement and had decided on the ceiling tiles but they had to be ordered. The order was placed at checkout and were to be delivered to the WY Lowe's the following week on Tues, 2/4/25. Phone number and email were given to be notified for pickup. Following tracking I saw it was received, shipped and pending delivery. After not hearing from Lowe's I checked tracking again Friday evening. Tracking showed both boxes had been delivered to Lowe's Weds morning! Saturday(11:56am) I called and was first told they hadn't arrived at which time I informed him the FedEx tracking showed they were so he took my name and number again to call back after he checked where they were. After 4 hrs I called again. This time I reached Nadine, went over the info about the missing ceiling tiles, and was told she did see that they were delivered but would have to go look for them. Would call back. About 18 minutes later, Rachel called and said they still hadn't located so she was sending an email to the/a Manager who would then reach out when found or with a resolution. No word the rest of Sat, nor on Sunday. Monday, 2/10, we needed more supplies so I took my receipt and FedEx details to the WY Lowe's. We went to the pickup area and told him our issue. I saw no name tag but he asked another associate, Liz, if she knew about our order. By what I could hear, she told him they were back in Receiving and put in aisle 8. He came back up to answer the pickup page bc other customers were now waiting. In between taking another customer, he told me they didn't arrive and we'd have to reorder. I continued to sit and wait so he could get the other customers order. Then, Liz to the rescue! She apparently had kept trying to locate the tiles and asked for my number again to get the tracking number/order number again. Apparently they were in a box together even though FedEx gave a separate number for each of the 2 boxes ordered.
Liz saved the day and issued a 20% discount for the inconvenience!!! This is the service ALL Lowe's employees should be taught!

Good place.
Do not purchase any Hisenes products! They are junk and offer no product support.
Purchased a Hisenes refrigerator. First problem, icemaker did not work. After 2 weeks of recorded messages I figured it out. Then notice the freezer would only go down to 32 and the refrigerator only 40.
It has been 3 months and I'm still waiting for a repair.
NEVER, NEVER purchase a Hisenes product!!!

Besides you canceled my order 2 times with a stock issues had to order it a 3rd time after 4 phone calls . Then almost 3 weeks to get it installed.

Absolute worst customer service was hung up on by the desk when calling in about missing pieces to my purchase asked that they look for what I was missing when I got there no one even looked for what I called in about and the woman who hung up on me had nothing but an attitude when confronted she denied hanging up on me I spoke to a manager who literally just listened to me and said little to nothing in response there was no line and the store was not that busy either so there is no excuse other than being LAZY AND RUDE!

DO NOT buy appliances from Lowes.
they contract horrible, cheap contractors to install their appliances. They use install-tech (just do a quick google search and look at their reviews. rated 2 stars)
theres no accountability between lowes and install tech. If you arent happy with the install they will just bounce you around and no one takes any responsibility.
Horrible way to treat customers who pay over 100$ for installation! Never again.

My husband & I purchased a commode & installation. We gave them 2 phone numbers & we were told that the product would be delivered on the day of install. I come home from work, the commode was sitting on our front porch! They never called the 2nd number. When I called the store on Carlisle Rd York PA & spoke to the manager, I was talked to very unprofessionally & when I asked why didn’t they call the backup number, he could not respond. It was the store manager. Very disappointed!! Do better Lowe’s ! Oh & the installation had not been scheduled yet & they delivered anyway!

I had to wait 30 minutes to get blinds cut. Had to find four different Associates trying to get someone to cut blinds giving me incorrect information. I overheard an associate 5 rows up from me say "A LITTLE OLD LADY needs blinds cut." It was very insulting and disrespectful! This used to be a good store.
