Everybody knows helpful they ask you if you need help

They have mostly what you would need for day to day repairs, and even some major repairs. The staff is generally helpful, and returning items with receipts is extremely easy.

6pm - Glass cutting area, no one to help. Pressed the button twice, spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to come and another 10 walking around asking employees if they can help me. They where either "too busy" or didn't know how to help. Finally convinced one employee to help but the machine didn't have a blade in it and he couldn't find a blade. Was gonna buy other stuff while here but why bother spend my money here. Maybe another company wants my money instead.

I had a detailed review to post, but it was too long. So the short version is that I paid for haul away and installation, but learned later that the installation was only for the gas dryer, not the washer. How dumb! Not only that, but the guys who delivered the appliances were not informed that the dryer was gas, so they weren't willing to disconnect the existing gas dryer to haul it away. A third party contractor was involved in the dryer install, but due to a date mix-up with Lowe's they couldn't be here when the machines were delivered. I did much of the work myself, since the delivery guys weren't sure about much. They even argued with each other about how to haul out the old appliances once I got them disconnected. Between multiple phone calls and very poor communications, this was the worst experience I've had with Lowe's. I'll purchase appliances from a real appliance store the next time. Don't even consider buying an appliance from Lowe's.

I saw the price on a craftsman drill on the website was reduced from $99 to $59 so I went to west york to buy one. They didn't have any, but said east york did. I went there, but it was $99 in-store.
The lady working at customer service confirmed it was an "online only" price, despite the web page for the item not alluding to that fact. They (lowes) wanted to increase their web footprint.
While she made the purchase work for me, because it would have been silly to order the drill in front of her and wait for 5 minutes for it to be brought to me, I feel that the whole process would have been simpler and faster if an "online only" price was advertised in-store as well.
This toes the line of deceiving customers.
The employees that helped me did just that, but lowes needs to step up their game.

No registers open except self check out. Then you go to the self check out, and the cashier moves your car forward because it was not placed to her liking. Then she interrupts and says we had a bad scan. Yes, we did, but I corrected the bad scan by scanning the correct arcade. Does not listen to me. Then, when finished, she wanted to scrutinize my scans and make sure I scanned everything. Between her and the person with me not listening to me that I did not scan the bucket of dry wall putty that they are questioning, it adds more time to my visit. If you want to be that involved, this cashier should have just scanned my order and checked me out. Instead, she tells me there is a cashier open. I'm not sure where since two employees are standing behind the self checkouts and no other lights are on. Must have hidden in the corner. No wonder more people shop Amazon and online as going to the store gets you no help even finding your items. Home Depot seems to be better at customer service.

I frequent this Lowe's for its convenience, as it's the closest location to me. While I don't visit often, they usually have what I need when I'm in a hurry. I'm particularly drawn to their seasonal items, although the selection can be inconsistent and overpriced for the quality of items. One area for improvement is customer service - I've rarely been approached by employees offering assistance, and finding help when needed can be a challenge.

Terrible. My husband and I have been trying to special order flooring for about a month. I contacted Pergo directly and they confirmed Lowes can do this for me. They've given us the runaround so many times. If I hear, "oh, you need to talk to Rick Smith" one more time, I'm going to scream. We've been repeatedly told that Rick will call us back but crickets. We call multiple times a week and no one is helpful. We've been told that they can't look up special orders in their system. What? How does that make any sense? I'm not even sure at this point that our order has been placed. It's terrible and we've given up on Rick Smith and this Lowes. I don't recommend them at all.
*UPDATE - 8/21/24*
I'm updating my review to include this newly discovered information. After calling for almost 3 months and following up about 30 times, we finally found out our flooring was delivered on July 31st and then was SOLD THE NEXT DAY TO SOMEONE ELSE. No one called us to say it had been delivered. No one called us back the numerous times we reached out. We finally just told them to forget about it because they're so insanely incompetent at their jobs that we'd be waiting another 3 months to get this flooring, with no guarantees that they'd actually give it to us. Seriously. Avoid the flooring department in this store if you want to work with anyone even remotely good at their jobs. Two giant thumbs down to Kenny and Rick (who we STILL have never spoken to).

I have no issues with this store but i can’t even express how upset I am with Lowes Credit Services. DON’T EVER use the Lowes Credit Card. They will tell you at checkout that you can have multiple promotions (differed interest, fixed rate, & and 5% off regular purchases) on your account simultaneously. They will also tell you that all you have to do when you’re ready to pay off those balances is make the payment and then call them to tell them how you want it allocated. Long story short, I’ve been struggling to get things allocated for almost a year now! Every time I call for help I get the same runaround. “We’ll submit this to the back office. It will take 1 or 2 billing cycles for these changes to be reflected.” They do whatever it takes to keep balances on the highest interest promotions! Save yourself a headache and don’t use their card. It’s not worth it!!

Does not answer the phone. Call system is horrible. Would give zero stars If I could.
