Sold someone I know a car that was unsafe. Then charged the customer to get it towed. All around poor customer service.

said only 1 car was available to drive off the lot a 2004 for 9999$ and they have a 2010 for 7 grand available the next day. and they wont trade it either. they really screwed me over good thanks alot McNamara. they clearly gave me the only car they knew nobody would want to pay for. they're snakes. I regret going to them in the first place now.

DO NOT BUY... Bought two cars from them... Several thousand dollars in repairs between the 2... Everyone is nice until you sign the papers... Then they're either rude or indifferent... Katie is the owner John's daughter... They are both rude and like to make illegal demands and threats... The sales people will help you all the way until you've signed then their response to everything will be "You gotta talk to John" (the rude guy). And dont let them send you to DriveRight on East Princess Street... I had my car towed there and the owner told me they would just do a diagnosis... When i called him back he said John told him to go ahead and fix it and give me the car back... Cost me $500... Again... DO NOT BUY... BOTH VEHICLES BROKEN DOWN... Will repo your vehicle for 1 day late on weekly payment with no notice then charge you additional fees for towing etc... Let them keep it and bought Good vehicle... DO NOT BUY..

This place is the worst place to buy a car from. They don't fix their cars. I got one from them and I had problems with the car from the start. I told them about it and they told me to take to new Oxford where their garage is at I took it the 3 difference times and they never fixed it. I had to take it to my own mechanic to get it fix. If you buy a car from them just know most likely within a month you goin have to take it to the garage.

Worst place ever!! If you buy a car from them it will break down within a year. Now you're stuck with a high auto bill plus weekly payments. Brought a truck from them, and in 6 months it was in the shop. Another 4 months back in the shop. Had this truck for less than 2 years and it needs a transmission, which is gonna cost more than the car is worth to be replaced. What a rip-off. Don't waste your time or money. They put bandages on broke down vehicles and resell them to people in desperate need of a vehicle. The asking price is way too high for the worth of the vehicle. Don't make the same mistakes I did and get in bed with a bunch of snakes.

Do Not purchase a vehicle from here!!!!!! I had a chevy mailibu(which always had mechanical problems) that I was consistent with payments until I lost my job during the pandemic. They shut off my vehicle until I could pay for it which was fine. Fast forward to 2021 I have paid off the vehicle but the entire car broke down. They refuse to give me the title because their GPS is still in the vehicle that I don't have access to. I'm sure if I wasn't making payments they would have no problem coming to repo the car. Always ask for CARFAX. The customer service is a joke

I purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander 1 year ago. 3 different times I have had my transmission light come on and have had a mechanic do work on it and when McNamara took a look at they tell me they don't see anything wrong and they have not reimbursed me for the work completed. I requested the owner to call and he has not. They do not stand by their vehicles. I will never recommend them or put in a good word for the companyAgain McNamara has not stood by their vehicle. The service engine soon light is on and I called to have the car serviced and the manager told me no and to take my business elsewhere because he didn't like how he was confronted. 6/24/2022

Decent staff, bought a car about two months ago, exhaust is already making a rattling noise, waiting to get still get fixed by then, of all goes well.....5 star review!! ?
