Went to this store to transfer the same phone number to another phone & got charged $38!! Few days later metro texted me stating that I owe them $28 so I called 611 right away and I told them that I did pay $38 inside this store and guess what… they couldn’t see that transaction and it says moon wireless under my bank statement!!! So that means I got scammed in this store!!! Watch out people

After negotiating an upgrade with Metro I called 2 local stores to find out if they had the phones in stock. Philadelphia Ave NEVER answers the phone. Market St finally answers the phone and plays the old " you're breaking up, I can't hear you " and hangs up on me. WOW. UFB. Time to switch. See ya.

The worst metro pcs store in York you can walk in to. Their staff aren’t people they are animals!!!! Not equipped to deal with people and are extremely rude!!!

I paid $135 for a "free" phone, a case and a $46 plan. I didn't get a receipt. They won't even tell me what the extra charges are. The network is so slow that streaming music won't play correctly. I can't return the phone because it was "free".
