Saturday March 22 female that worked the early afternoon try to charge me 50.00 for service that I was already told my customer service on phone that is free. I was to walk in to a store and then bypass so that customer service can get into my account. Customer service on phone telling me it's free and this lady still trying charge me 50.00. I was told by customer service to report that because no way should they be charge that for bypass. Yet the employee at the store telling me customer service is not to tell me it's free. Well I went to another store and got it done for free. Shame on those trying to make a come up on free services.

They didn't even know what Thank you Tuesday was. Looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Seemed I interrupted their conversations. Would like to meet the ONE FEMALE that people seem to like because wasn't ANY OF THIS BUNCH.( BOTH)

I came in for a very simple process. To switch devices the representative here told me that I can only do this process on the phone with customer service. But I can't switch phones wow I'm on the phone with customer service. The females here don't know how to perform the job.

Horrible customer service I was a manager for metro for 5 years and all the employees that worked under me had proper experience these poeple do not greet you or even ask if you need help , never answer the phone when they are not busy seems like they just gave them a job with no proper training will not be coming back.
