Does all their shady business electronically. They will tell you one price and hike up the charge by either you using any of your bank cards as well as even your cash. Hell tell you one price and tap in a higher price without saying anything. Which is another reason why their are no prices on anything. He makes them up as he goes. It goes whether or not he likes you or not dictates your price. Thank you and hope you take this review to heart and believe every word in this review
