I am so glad we found Morgan's Paws! We've boarded our dogs, Winston and Layla, here twice so far, and both times they have come home happy as can be. The additional services are fantastic (treat bags, extra playtime, bedtime stories and tuck-ins, etc.). The staff are great and so accommodating. I know they take great care of our pups in our absence, and we will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future.

I have been boarding my two dogs here for many years and have had zero issues. The staff is extremely welcoming and huge dog lovers. My dogs are always excited to go there.

I love this place. We had to hurry and find a place at the last minute. From start to finish, Abby and the entire staff at Morgan’s very so understanding, accommodating and thoughtful. I felt like our dogs were in great hands! Plus, they have a really fun and friendly facility. Highly highly recommend!!!!

I've always taken my furbabies here to be groomed and they have always looked amazing when finished. One of my babies, a Newfoundland has severe separation anxiety which I explained to the groomer and never let's anyone else touch him. When I picked him up. She told me what a good boy he was and had even given her kisses. I was amazed. She built an excellent report with him and I will continue going back there. He's camera shy so unfortunately I'm unable to post a picture.

Wow, fastest nail trimming on our Beagle anywhere. She was very friendly and Barry went back with no issue. Great price and his nail no longer scratch my leg up!!

First time boarding my dog here and the last. First off; you're checked in by a disrespectful staff (at least the young girl who checked me in was). Then they tell you that they can't run your card at the moment since they don't know where all the discounts apply. Then they were supposed to get back to me with all the final charges, but never heard anything back. After I picked up my dog I was driving and noticed that he had something on his face. I looked at it closer and it looked like a bite. So I pulled over and looked him over better and sure enough it was a fresh bite. And no one ever said anything to me about him getting bit. So I call right away to speak to a manager and/or owner. That evening I get a call from the office manager. After I explain that he's been bit; all she kept saying is that my staff didn't report anything or see anything and that thing's happen like this when dogs play. My dogs been to plenty of day camp and it's not a rountinly thing that he comes home with (never). He was even covered in dinge yellow like he was rolling in pee. No one even attemted to wipe him down or anything. Then I'm told by the office manager that I could have washed him down myself. Hmmm, not like I knew that since this is my first time and no one ever breifed me on all the amenities that where a available. No, I'm told by the office manager I should've read the web page (hmmm, trying to get ready for vacation and that's not on my priority list). It's like saying, you could also have your staff inform new clients about the extra amenities.

Haven't gotten to the part where I bring my dogs in, but through phone calls and a visit I can tell you that staff is responsive, nice and understanding. I had to reschedule and then also forgot vaccination but the staff was helpful and reassured me we could schedule walk through once completely vaccinated. Don't forget your Bordatella vaccine!

My family has been taking our dog to Morgan’s Paws for years. Even after we were informed about the death of an animal there, we were skeptical about leaving our dog in their care but we stayed loyal customers. Last month we ended up not being able to take our dog to Morgan’s Paws due to an extreme family emergency making it difficult for us to get our dog there. We only missed one month and we are now being told that our dog needs to come in 4 times this month for full days. Keep in mind this puts a heavier financial burden on our family than we planned for this month and in today’s economy who can afford that? They didn’t inform us of this until the day before he was supposed to show up for daycare. We canceled boarding months ago and they didn’t call us to see what was wrong or if there were any issues. He only missed 2 days of daycare. Very clearly they only care about money so we will definitely not be returning because we do not want to leave our dog with someone who doesn’t show they care about his well being.Edited in response to the owner’s response:I guess everyone has their own perspective on how things happened. But it’s a shame how things went down and it’s disappointing that it has to come to this after we have been customers since 2019

I'm seeing some terrible reviews and I feel the need to share our story. WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Our rescue dog has been attending Morgan's Paws for 10 years. He has severe anxiety and cannot be left home alone. This facility has taken such great care of him and has been so understanding of his anxiety and special needs. He has leash aggression but LOVES playing with other dogs, so they set up to take him in the building through a back door so he doesn't disrupt other customers. He has a weak stomach and gets sick sometimes and they still care for him through his boarding stays and make sure he is clean and fed well. One time he was injured my other dog (nipped on the ear, which is not uncommon when playing) and they took him to their vet to get stitched up and paid for the whole thing. We understand he can be a handful and still every time we show up with him, the employees seem happy to see him and show him love. He is the sweetest and most lovable but is just a little "extra". We are so incredibly grateful for the owner, Karla, and some of the long term employees that we have had the pleasure of knowing for this long. They even allowed us to do "on-call" boarding when we were pregnant with our first child and nearing the due date. They have been wonderful and we will always recommend this business!

We have had nothing but great experiences with Morgan's Paws! Tyrion loves going there. He has a "special" collar that he only wears there and when it comes out of the drawer he loses his mind. He gets so excited to go to doggie daycare that he can't stop vocalizing and pacing in the car.

Our fur baby loves coming to doggy daycare here!! She gets so happy the moment this building is in sight. The staff is always helpful and nice. Prices are great for a full day and a pup cup appx $34. The online cameras are a little glitchy but it’s great the option is there!

Its an amazing place to workIf you love taking care of animals this is a great place to work. The Owner has always been there for me. She has never had put me at risk or any of the dogs. She treats the dogs as their own so does the employees. When a dog passes away we mourn just as much as owners. The building is an old warehouse that gets cleaned everyday. The 90 days is a probabtion period that EVERY JOB DOES. The owner wants people that care and love the animals. This job isn't just sit and play with them all day. They need cleaned up after too. Also the dogs need reliable people to come to work. Alot of the negative reviews come from former employees that took advantage of the owners kindness. Some of the employee's who complain they were not safe with a certain amount of dogs in a room are the same ex employee's that called off 3-4x's a week every week an hour before their shift or at clock in time. Some even didn't care for the dogs and would take short cuts hence they were let go. The ones that don't make the cut waste everyones time. There is no favoritism just do the job best to your ability. The owner even came in middle of the night to comfort the dogs boarding holding them due to fireworks. There is no walking on eggshells or poor management. Some of these reviewers even stopped coming to work. The owner sets you up for success and the manager trains you well. They both will answer your questions any time of normal hours of day. Other staff is also helpful as well. All a person has to do is ask. Not assume they know everything and do things their way. Plus we use our cells to communicate on app and take pictures for parents of their pets. You should be watching the dogs in daycare not on phone.

I have had my fur babies at many facilities in the past. Morgan's paws is the only place that two of mine would let people touch their feet. It is nice to know I can check up on my babies any time on the web cams. Grooming and daycare is 100% the best
