New York Beauty Supply has a nice selection of wigs. However, their policy does not allow customers to try on wigs, which causes disappointment. Some staff are very nice and helpful, but others can make customers feel unwanted, uncomfortable, and obviously watched. This has led to lost sales, as customers go to other stores where they can try items on and feel better. The store's security approach is considered inconsistent.
