Kayla has been helping me with my rims/tires/maintenance for a few years! She is always so prompt in keeping my updated as well as the services provided. Always in and out whileProviding the best for me! She even calls me for reminders to come get my car checked, lol changed etc! I’d never go else where!

I have received excellent service from this location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. At my last visit Chelsea went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top notch. This is a great place for tire replacement and service.

The mechanic who has worked on my vehicle, Tim W, is very knowledgeable & easy to work with. The receptionist, Chelsea, is also very welcoming! Very glad I found this NTB to bring my car too - wouldn't trust anyone else with my automotive needs!

I called in to get an appointment to have my 4 wheels balanced and tpms sensors programmed. They were able to get me scheduled in less than an hour of calling in! I arrived to NTB and they balanced and programmed my tpms sensors within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable as well!
