It's an ok place to shop. I think a lot of this stuff is overpriced. I really only go when they have deals on tshirts. The issue is that they never have my size of anything in stock. Recently, I had old navy cash to use. I decided to place an order online for in store pickup, so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. Well, before I could pick up my order. I got a notification stating that the items were not in stock. One out of the three items I ordered was available. When I went to pick up my one item, I asked if they would return my old navy cash since they didn't have all my items available. The girl at the counter asked her manager, and I was told that I would not get my old navy cash back even though they were the ones that did not have my items in stock. Even though it said they were in stock when I purchased them. That really upsets me because I spent a certain amount in order to earn that old navy cash. All because they didn't have it in stock. I lose out on my Old Navy cash. That is not right! This is also not the first time that I've ordered stuff for in store pick up and it wasn't available. Unless they have the ten dollar deals for my son's t shirts, I won't be going back.

Same ole old navy. Same as all the rest. Clothing is average quality at best. Although they do run good sales.

I just moved here and this was my first but definitely not my last visit to this location on November 3 mid afternoon ❤️I was blown away by the absolutely AMAZING customer service start to finish give this team a raise ?❤️you are honestly some of the BEST sales associates and manager just wowMy neice and I left beyond happy and touched by your genuine kindness ?

Very full store, with many racks of clearance mixed throughout the racks of featured items. Seemed cluttered and not as easy to peruse as last time I was there, which was years ago. Had trouble finding my size (S) in some items. Very similar styles, which I guess is the fashion now, but I prefer a wider variety.
