I went into the shop a few days ago and they took very good care of me. The ladies were great and they handled all my needs. Come to this store they'll take care of you. They treat you very well and the prices are awesome. ?

Has to be the worst pawn shop I've ever been to I do not recommend anyone coming here they have no knowledge of gold value they went way under priced on what the gold prices are at a light about what it was these people are shysters they will take your money and Benjamin I would not go here if you need something I would go somewhere else you wanna get the most bang for your book you need to go back to Maryland because this place is a nightmare overpriced everything and underpay on loans or ponds

This is the worst pawn shop I've ever been to in my entire life.. how are they still even in business if they dont take anything being pawned..I've taken things from game systems, to laptops, to appliances like brand new electric grills, and the answer is always the same.. "we don't take those".. I even asked "what do you take then ?" when I was last told no and to that she says "we take Apple products, that's what people want".. I then bring her an iPad (9th Gen) with a cracked screen to her and asked what she would give me AFTER I personally got the screen fixed for her to tell me it wasn't worth it that she would only give me a small fraction of what I paid for it and its repairs. Quality of service is dependent on what you're bringing or buying !!.. I would not recommended taking ANYTHING to this store unless you called and asked first, or are willing to get lowballed for WHATEVER it is you're trying to get rid of..

We called to ask about some items which they said no to all, so we asked which items they do take, and they weren’t able to tell us, so we found some more items, we called in, the lady said to bring it in to take a look, and of course immediately get told no because she was too busy talking to someone else instead. Terrible customer service. Pawn shop but refuses to take anything.

The lady does not go above and beyond anything but selfishness. I feel that they should allow Family to pay the interest if the responsible person is in a medical facility and cannot make the trip. I believe other pawn shops go above by allowing that to happen. This way, everyone is a winner winner. winner

They never answer the phone and the phone answering machine informs the service hours different from the hours they work, not having flexible hours after 5 in the afternoon currently.
