Walked in wirh a broken laptop, walked out with it repaired. I expected it to take several days to replace the power connector. They did it in a few minutes while I waited. Very fast, very friendly. I really should replace this dinosaur of a laptop that I have… and when I do, I will not go anywhere else. They get my highest recommendation!

I will say that Friday was a devastating day to me. As I thought I lost my entire laptop and all of my information on it. Which would’ve caused weeks worth of a headache! With little hope, I took my computer in, and Skyler saved the day! Not only did he retrieve all of my data, but he revived my laptop and gave it a little bit of extra life. I can’t thank you enough! You guys are great!

I've since moved far away but I've come here before to get some failing parts of a 2080ti fixed, one of the three fans stopped spinning and I had got a just below par replacement, but I didn't really care. It worked well for a year until it started artifacting and dying, but when I couldn't afford a replacement they could certainly help me with repair. So/so in store selection, but if you need something chances are they have the basics.

Thank you Skylar for taking a peak at my laptop and fixing (FREE) an annoying pop-up that I was concerned might be a virus/trojan
We chatted about the age of my computer and I discovered soon My version of Windows will no longer be supported and made some suggestions!

I have used them at least 3 times now and they are always, reasonable, helpful and awesome! They repaired the latch on my laptop, and the last two times helped me with issues with my laptop and external hard drive at no charge. I appreciate their kindness and help and highly recommend them!

I just had an emergency situation with my Lenovo laptop, where my charger broke off in the port of my laptop that I use for business. I contacted these guys at PCXpert and they told me to bring it over. Not only did they remove the broken part from the port in less than 10 minutes they didn't even charge me! I would highly recommend this computer repair shop and I will definitely use their services for any future needs!

Had a friend build my pc, and it wouldn't boot. Took the tech 10 minutes to diagnose it was an issue with the ram, reseated it, and it booted right up. Didn't charge us anything. Very informative, and great service!
