Had to wait 5 - 10 minutes for the cashier to show up to cash me out. Also the treated water for fish, that l got at Petsmart previously for $12-$13, l paid over $16 for. May not go back unless l HAVE to.

TERRIBLE curbside service! I have given it 3 tries and I have had to go in to get my order each time because no one comes out. I went through the app to say I was on my way. I waited 10 min and nothing. So I called. They said their app was down and to just call next time. So today as soon as I pulled up to the doors I called. I spoke to someone and they asked if I was out front. I said I was. I waited 10 minutes again and no one ever showed up. I had to go in and get my own order once again. Very frustrating to say the least

This place has gone down hill. So understaffed.we had to wait forever until someone came to the front to check us out. It's very cluttered as well. Almost to the point of being a tripping hazard. Shelves are very chaotic looking as well.

I had a great experience at Petco yesterday. TATIANA and JAY, were very busy yet still exub top notch customer service and Tatiana was very knowledgeable and helped me get everything I needed to adopt 2 rats! Thank you Tatiana and Jay!

Went to take my pleco to have it be adopted and was told they dont do that anymore meanwhile it says adoption on the front of the store. Felicia told me that they only do adoptions for dogs and cats, but wait where are the dogs? She informed me that I'm basically going to have to run around york in order to have it adopted. I left the fish there. I won't come back to Petco.

The woman that cut my doggie's hair was so gentle and loving with my nervous yorkie and did a great job with the grooming. she really cared about what she does.
