Very very friendly and professional. There was a glitch in the system and they certainly are problem solvers. Very very nice. I felt comfortable there. Will go again and again. Love their incense sticks assortment. Always very friendly.

Extremely nice ppl and the Kratom they sell is expensive but good quality. Will def be going back and the best part is they’re open when they say they are unlike Vape city. The owner of this store runs this place very well and I love going there! Got a life long customer!

Good products and selection. The woman at the store was very nice and didn't judge me when I asked about the kratom.
Prices on the kratom are high but brick and mortar stores need to make a profit some how to compete with online competitors. It is of good quality and I don't mind paying a little more to help out a local store.

I still miss Custom Blends and the selection of items they sold back then but I understand, things happen and times change. I wish there was a way to get certain cigarettes from when it was Custom Blends but Pennsylvania takes away lots of awesome things and Custom Blends was one on them. However Planet RYO has great rolling tobacco so I hope they keep doing good.
