Management is terrible and don't know how to handle conflict professionally. The woman there is rude and acts like we are an inconvenient to her. When my husband and I attempted to go in and tell her about a fellow tenant blocking our unit with tables, she was in the middle of god knows what and when she saw us she flailed her arms out as if we were inconviencing her. I attempted to access my unit again three times this week and today I decided to call because this man has been blocking the units all week. I was met with annoyance and hostility. Do yourself a favor, don't rent here unless you're okay with management treating you this way.

Horrible customer service .. had t even moved in or sign a lease yet & I needed to change date of rental.. they informed me they could not, later next person told they could I would just have to pay extra. I told them I was no longer interested & to return my money ,. I have yet to receive my refund even though they told me three times that had already processed & & I just had to wait .. that was months ago.. my bank is handling it now..

I have three storage units right now , and overall pleased . the one thing I do have is that after I got my first one , a 10 x 20 and filled it up I got an email that the price was going up. I don't know if this is a coincidence or what but naturally I'm not gong to move everything out but I wasn't happy with the timing of this. I think it is like $20 or so increase.

My Unit was auctioned and sold on 10/8, (Q002). I have reached out numerous times for help! Office assistant states that he has reached out to the buyer but they have not found any photos, I do not believe that so I am trying to find the person myself! There were multiple photo albums as well as single photos, my parents have passed away and that is all I have left! PLEASE…I am asking for them to be returned to the (Dover Office), or contact me directly and I can meet you!
