The team at Quality is great to work with. They suggest what services need to be done, but don’t push for me to agree to their suggestions. For our most recent service we dropped the car off the Sunday before Thanksgiving without their knowledge. I called them first thing Monday morning and explained to them why the car was there. It was a pleasant surprise to hear back from them the same day to tell me what they found and once we decided what we wanted them to fix, they had the car ready for pick up Wednesday. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy!

The entire process for handling repairs is excellent, and I greatly appreciate the staff at Quality, particularly Julie and the technicians who examined my car. The staff were able to confirm a considerable issue, and while I need to save some more to handle the extent of that repair, I greatly appreciate their honesty and expertise. The experience is VERY well worth the diagnostic fee.
