This location is horrible. I understand that appointments will have priority, but it’s taking them over 15 minutes per person and they’re also waiting 10-15 minutes after someone leaves to call someone back. I got here immediately as it opened (and had to wait in my car for 15 minutes because the employees were here late) and it’s been 2 hours and they haven’t taken a single walk-in. It’s not like it’s been crazy busy - there have been multiple times when no appointments were here checked in. They do not care at all about the walk-ins and seem to actively be avoiding taking them back.

Takes for ever had me waiting over a hour holding my pee and had surgery and holding is a issue for me and was late for work

Dirty place, some of the staff were not helpful, somewhat unprofessional and RUDE! It is worth the very single bit of money that my insurance charges to go to another lab vs. spending a single minute at this facility.

I thought the place was nice and did their best to get you in as soon as possible. When I got my blood drawn, I could barely feel the needle. I’m not sure why there’s a lot of negative reviews.

Make an appointment, especially if you're going on a Saturday. I've been here twice. Once was smooth and easy through the week, once was Saturday and they were booked up and I didn't find out until I got there. (Partially my fault because I didn't realize they closed at noon...)

This is one of the absolute worst facilities I’ve ever been to. I do not like to complain, but I walked into the kiosk for a drug screening, and I selected the option to be texted when they would be ready to call me. They said my time would be 1240 so I arrived at 12:40. I was outside in the parking lot the whole time, my car, and no one ever texted me as I requested through the option I selected. I asked them several times in the waiting room as nearly 20 minutes went by after my supposed scheduled time, and they kept saying they will be with me, though I understand there are delays, I asked one more time, and the lady was very rude and said they’ve been waiting for me for over an hour and I’ll get back to me… But I have not even been there for over an hour at this point, I was on there for a half hour… So they’re lying and letting out the frustration on me Even though I selected the prompts correctly and did Byne do. I then had to go to the kiosk again to schedule my time once more. Finally, they got back to me… At this point I have been there for over an hour and I’ve been given attitude several times by the staff there when I kindly ask them Where am I police was in line, since I’ve been waiting now wanted to make sure I did file things correctly. By the time actually got to my drug screening I was given more attitude and they were making fun of my book bag and are not polite at all… The workers the entire time were complaining about how they want to go on lunch and where I rolling to one another. Everyone there bluntly should either get reevaluated for the work, or she get fired. it was absolutely awful, and I do not mean to sound dramatic, and I’m not over exaggerating, but just like them, I am a human being, and have things going on too. I had other things to do my day, and now I am pressed for time… I’ve never seen such a rude staff health facility, and such uncooperative workers for a customer… Absolutely awful, I hope the employer and boss sees this review and really considers their workers and gets them retrained. What happened to me was not OK and I felt very disrespected the entire time and I did not need to add to any circumstance, but all I was trying to do was figure out Where my place a lien was, and when I would be getting my drug screening… I did everything right, but to be made fun of for my personal belongings and gave an attitude while asking kindly when I would be up, was very frustrating… I should not have to go to the kiosk twice and Fill out the information successfully to just get noticed once after being there for over an hour… The place was not busy at all so this was completely uncalled for. Terrible terrible terrible terrible place.

Irresponsibility with the material from patients. I spent time to go to do the tests, they took a lot of blood samples from me. And them the LOST or whatever happened it’s irresponsibility. I’m now having to pay a fee of more than $1,000 to my new insurance CIGNA because they didn’t received all the results they asked for. I sent a message to customer service but no answers until now about it. My name is ELENI CAMPOS LOURENCO.

Checked in at 10 Am as a walk in…around 1240 went online and booked an appointment for today at 240. It’s now 246 and I’m still in the waiting room.

Friendly staff, easy check-in. We were seen at scheduled appointment time. The phlebotomist was excellent, my elderly mother never felt a thing!!

Not a good start.I call the number for the local lab and get one in New Rochelle NY. Hours and policies for a place I’m not going. No explanation from customer service as to why. No info about the local place and no reason available regarding complaints about the office being closed frequently without notice.Lame lame lame. Another clueless corporation.

My wife mad an appointment for a test and after arriving was told it couldn’t be done because they close at noon on Saturday. Had they kept the appointment as scheduled, they may have to stay an extra 10 minutes. Someone took the appointment by mistake. They should have to honor it. Horrible business practice.

If I could rate -5 stars I would. I called to have my fathers lab reports faxed to her primary care office. Once I got through I had to get my father on the line once I did the asked him every possible question to verify his Identity which he did, just because he didn't know the name of the doctors that ordered the testing we could not get it faxed to his primary care office. you people are so useless and such a waste of time I hope your business fails.
