Good service and fast with the quick line. I changed the engine oil, state inspection, and filters. I dropped the truck at 8am. and had it back at 1pm.

Bad service they greet you with uncertainty, they lie about times your vehicle will be done. They are not a good company overall. You’re better off driving somewhere else further away. They lie about almost EVERYTHING. No good service at all

Scheduled an appt. and put it in my calendar only to find out when I got there that I had NO appt. scheduled! I'm having issues with the key fobs or the receiver in the car. Key fobs work sporadically. I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to unlock or lock or start the car one of these days. They first wanted to try a new coin battery ( already did that, but ok), so they put a new one in one of my two fobs. Of course they "both" worked today, but maybe not tomorrow. So now that I'm not scheduled with an appt I have to make one for diagnostics. The girl who "helped me" didn't care about my dilemma and was rude about the issue I was having!! Yes, In total frustration I said, so what the f*** am I supposed to do now?! I did apologize but she didn't care. I bet she would've if it were her car, one that she depends on to get back and forth to work. I'll never go back there again. I didn't appreciate the way this was handled. Especially since I did schedule an appt..Brianna, maybe you should look into why your scheduler person didn't schedule my appt.! A man who works at this location asked if I knew of the name of that person, (who scheduled my appt.), but I didn't realize I had to get a name. Thought I could just make the call, put it in my calendar and have an appt.. All I know is that it was a guy with whom I talked to. There's nothing more to say other than I won't be back.

This was the absolute worse salesman the I have ever dealt with. He only cared about his next days off and didn't do anything I asked him to do to get the car ready for delivery to me. It was missing a key fob and he told me to get one myself. There was a problem with one of the third row headrests that needed to be replaced, and one of the door handles had a long gash in it and needed to be replaced or repaired. I told him I had to have the car by Monday so my wife could drive it to work Tuesday. All he told me was he was off and wouldn't be back until Tuesday. He never offered to get someone else to do the delivery. I told him to get someone else to do it. Reluctantly he did arrange for the delivery to be that Friday. After thinking about it I realized that for the few miles that were on the car it had to many things wrong with it. I called the manager the afternoon before we were supposed to pick it up and told him what happened and that we no longer wanted the vehicle. He tried to be accommodating but at that point I'd had enough. Friday night after the dealership closed I went by to see if the car was still there. It was and none of the repairs had been done to it. There was no way it would have been ready if they hadn't started it when I called Thursday afternoon when I called. Never again will I go to this dealer for anything.

Rob Mentzer is AWESOME!! He worked so hard and got me in a beautiful 2019 Canyon. Rob and Jason stayed well after 8pm to get all the paperwork signed, made sure that my personal things were transferred to the Canyon, and really treated me like family! I am 100% satisfied.

Apple Ford is a quality dealership. No games, no hard sell, no BS. If you want a hassle-free experience, go here. Ben Salerno at Apple Ford of York PA was really outstanding. It was a pleasure buying a car through him and this dealership. I had absolutely no issues or problems, and buying my Mustang Mach E GT PE was a breeze. Ben Salerno was even taking care of details and making sure everything proceeded smoothly while I was out of the country and unavailable for a week as the car arrived. This is a quality dealership, and I'm fortunate to have such a good dealership nearby.
