I needed three beds for my grandchildren so I decided to purchase a bunkbed with a trundle. I went into Raymore and Flanigan and the salesman was exceptional. He took me to the children's furniture department and I looked at what they had available and then when he came back, I told him I would like a twin over full with a full trundle. I needed an additional mattress and asked him to quote me a price for the trundle mattress. I decided to shop elsewhere for the mattress because I wanted to see if I could get a better price. Two days later, the bed arrived. They put the bed together and it was the wrong bed. Instead of the trundle, it came with the storage unit. Not a big deal because they could switch that out. I called Raymour and Flanagan and the salesman apologized because he wrote it up incorrectly. So we just put the new mattress, that I got at Mattress Warehouse for 1/3 of the price on the floor. Delivery man came a week later to switch out the storage unit with the trundle and believe it or not it was a twin trundle and not the full trundle. I was very disappointed! Called the store and learned that they do not make a full trundle with the bunkbed that I purchased in fact, I was told you cannot get a full trundle with bunkbeds. Not sure why I wasn't told that at the very beginning. I tried to work with them because I was sold something that I didn't request. They are not willing to work with me and asked me if I could return the mattress to mattress warehouse. Well, I thought that was an absolutely ridiculous question. I was told I could return the bed, but would have to pay a restocking fee. I told him I would accept the bunk bed and purchase an additional twin mattress (which l did do already from Mattress Warehouse) if they would offer me a discount. The regional manager, Sonia told me they will come and pick up the bed. They already scheduled the pick up. Very disappointed to say the least. Wolf furniture would have not allowed this to happen. Placed order after salesman told me it would be able to pick up on Monday so I made payment online followed every step you took my money and delivered nothing to be picked up in store this purchase is for medical reasons. Thus consumer fraud since you still have my money and I have no furniture. Buyers beware

Wonderful experience! Sales person-Robin-was so helpful. She knew when yo support us and when to leave us alone so we could talk/process what we wanted to do. Would definitely return for future furniture needs.

Our sales woman was knowledgeable, but not overly intrusive. I was pleased with the available inventory and delighted that the chair we chose was in stock and ready for delivery in two days.

Salesman showed us where the type of furniture we were shopping for was located. Then he left us to look, and offered to answer any questions we had. I appreciated not being pressired, my wife and i looked at many options.

Large selection of quality furniture at reasonable prices. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. We got a great deal on a beautiful leather sectional. I would highly recommend them.

Carl from sales was awesome, and was able to direct us to exactly what we needed. The finance department was quick and problem-free, and delivery was even next day! The delivery workers were fast, efficient, on time, and didn’t disturb anything in our home. We will definitely shop at Raymour & Flanigan in the future!

I always have a good experience here. Rachel helped me pick out a dining room set. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Good quality selection in the showroom, and great customer service.

Experience in the store was great. Very helpful. The issue started when the order was determined to be "out of market". Delivery is now 4-5 weeks, as it must be shipped via third party. OK, after 4 weeks we got a call that the furniture was damaged. Agreed to accept it until a replacement could be delivered (4-5 weeks again). Called for a status today and found that a replacement order was never entered. Now we will wait 4-5 more weeks for an undamaged sofa (hopefully). I would not suggest Raymour & Flanigan for "out of market" items.

I was looking for a standing desk and instead of purchasing it online and worrying about the service, I went to the local store here in York to purchase it, in the hopes that the local service will be a lot more reliable and responsive.Well, they proved me wrong. The super-heavy desk was delivered on time, but was not put in place because my old desk wasn't removed and I was never told to remove it myself, so I fully expected the delivery men to help with that.Not only was the desk in the middle of my office now, but I couldn't hook it up either (it wasn't obvious that there are actually two power cords there, and both needed to be plugged in). The desk is super heavy, not possible to move it on our own.I called the service, scheduled a technician to come out, but two weeks later I got a message that the technician won't be coming due to a medical emergency. I took a day off work (because they gave me an 8-4pm window) and effectively lost that day.I rescheduled it and waited ANOTHER two weeks (which is today) and just got a call that the technician has a family emergency and will not be coming - AGAIN! - and they're sending a team to me tomorrow from 8-11. So that's a 3rd day I'd have to ask off work!Will NEVER buy anything from them again. Service was the #1 thing I was looking for when purchasing locally, and they failed, with my new desk (which my husband got for my birthday) just standing useless in the middle of my office for a whole month!P.S. We finally figured it out on our own, moved it with a help of a friend, and discovered the 2nd power cable so it started to work. I am afraid to think what happens if we need service for it in the future.UPDATE: After the response they posted below, I emailed the management team. There's been no communication for over a week from them.

The employee that latched on to us as soon as we walked through the front entry door quickly changed his helpful tune when my wife told him we would like to see a daybed. The employee stated that they do not have any daybeds in the store but we can look at their website online. He became very dismissive as he ushered us toward the front door, believing he would not make a sales commission on us. Little did he know that the daybed we wanted was just the tip of the iceberg. So we then drove to a furniture store in Jacobus and spent almost $6K on furniture to outfit two bedrooms, including the daybed that we wanted for use outside on the patio.

Matthew McCormick provided one of the most hassle free purchasing experiences ever. We shopped for bedding on a Tuesday, closed the purchase the next day over the phone literally in minutes and had our new mattress and box spring delivered by Thursday morning. The delivery team was the icing on the preverbal cake. On time, tough hustlers who were in and out of the house in 10 minutes or less. Thanks to Matt and the entire Raymour & Flanigan Team!!!

First and foremost I need to give props to Carl. He greeted us upon arrival and explain where everything was. He the let us go on our own until we found something that we liked. He then treated us right! We would most definitely return for future purchases.
