Decided to treat myself to a mani pedi. I should have saved my money and spent it on something else. This experience was a disappointment. The nail tech, Abby, was more interesting in checking her texts and doing stuff on her phone, than focusing her attention on doing a decent job with my nails. The work was sloppy and my cuticles were trashed. I asked her to fix them and she did a mediocre fix. However, she complained loudly to her colleagues the whole time. I will not be going back there and I regret giving them a chance.

I’m never disappointed in the way Lynn does my nails. I always get a lot of compliments on them. She is very prompt with her appointment, patient with her customers and always kind. She keeps everything clean and organized.
