Would not recommend!! We bought our fridge from Riddle’s and they dropped it off with a huge dent in the front of the fridge. When we asked them to replace it they said no and that it wasn’t their problem anymore and blamed us. Please save your time and headache. Their customer service was extremely rude as well. Please save your money and go to Lowe’s where they actually have free returns if your appliance is damaged!

We purchased a Maytag washer and dryer at the end of November 2021. At the end of January 2022 the washer started throwing an error code. Instead of helping us they told us to just call Maytag and there was nothing they could do. We have now been trying to get the part replaced for a week and a half and it will be at least another week. Go somewhere else for appliances because once they have your money they don't care about you.

I try to support the " little guy", the independent small business owner. I have always gotten a fair shake with Riddle's. Got a used clothes dryer over twenty years ago and it is still running. Have gotten a clothes washer, a stove and most recently a dish washer. This MUST tell you something about their service.

The owner is fast and very friendly. Only thing that made me a little upset is the microwave stopped working 6 days after we put it in. But he had someone out to fix it in 2 days.

Came to buy a washing machine at 2:30 on a Wednesday. Hours on the door said open until 5. Doors are locked and lights are out. Called the store and the answering machine said they are open until 5.

I normally would not tell people not to shop somewhere especially now at a small local business but this place I believe deserves a very poor rating. If I could give negative stars I would. We ordered a stove here and put 50% down with the knowledge right now that it would take time to get in with the pandemic and that there may be delays. My wife called them just to check the status of the purchase. She called right at opening because we know there is only one person there and after trying to call a few days and getting no answer she figured that would be a good time to call and get a hold of him. So right from the start he complained that she called so early and that he couldn't even get the chance to get settled in. So, for one why are you just get there right when the place opens. Second, this is part of your job and having a business to answer customer calls at any time. So of course this made my wife a little irritated and probably didn't exactly talk in a pleasant way since that is the way the call started. But she realized that she got a little frustrated and knows things are a little ruff right now so she apologized and said she understood things are not easy right now. Then he went on this tirade about how he is struggling and couldn't even afford a $3 lunch because he can't sell stoves. Then went on to tell my wife he should hire her to deal with customers because she would be fired in a day dealing with customers like her because she cannot cope. Then told her without her even saying anything that he will just cancel the order and give the money back. She then had to tell him that she didn't say anything about canceling anything because she still had to talk with her husband. Well husband here by the way and I will be canceling it today and getting my money back. So I guess today he will only be able to get a $2 lunch. I feel bad for small businesses struggling and closing during these trying times but maybe this one should just be closed.

My washer died on Tuesday...called Riddles and ordered my washer from their website. Had it delivered Friday and this is during the coronavirus. EVERYONE was helpful, knowledgeable and downright friendly...even the delivery men were top notch!! Their service is outstanding. I will make all future purchases from Riddles and recommend them highly. It's been a pleasure to deal with the BEST!!!!
