I don’t see how you can call yourself a pharmacy when you guys take 6 hours to 24 hours to fill prescriptions. 3 weeks ago I went 1.5 hours after the script was sent and was told they’d be ready in two hours. So I called at 2 hours and was told I needed to wait another 2 hours. Yesterday my husband needed scripts filled around 2pm, told to come back as well. Waited till this AM to call and was told they still weren’t ready and couldn’t even tell us a time to come and when my husband asked who was in charge the woman told him no one. LOL. This pharmacy is a JOKE. Go anywhere else.

What a useless store!! It used to be good but not anymore. The shelves are absolutely bare of even the most basic essentials. Don't even waste your time stopping in there.

Never ready on time, I had 2 unsuccessful experience with this pharmacy.
They ask you to come later since it's not ready. Then they asked to come later again, and then they notified me that my insurance doesn’t cover it. Why did they not check it the first time when I came for pick up?
I will switch the pharmacy.
looks like they work slowly or do not control the workflow. Please enhance the management

Worst prescription experience, ever. Scripts sent at 2:30 pm. Tried calling numerous times to see if they were ready (6pm), but nobody would answer the pharmacy phone. Drive up there and was told it would be an additional 2 hour wait - or "maybe even tomorrow!" Very sick child at home so that is not an option. Finally get the meds and charges made me look and see that insurance was not billed correctly. Another hour to get THAT fixed. I WILL NEVER EVER have another script sent here. Complete nightmare.

No idea how this store is still open and in business. The shelves have been nearly empty for months, and the pharmacy staff don’t know how to answer the phone. The worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. Incompetency at its finest, and flat out lazy. Clearly broke and unable to order products in to stock their shelves.

Stay away from this place at all costs. There is nothing on the shelves and god forbid you have to get ahold of the pharmacy. I had to leave work to go in an get my sons script released because they couldn't answer a damn phone. This isn't the first time this has happened. I had been trying to call for 4 days to get my sons scripts filled and when they finally answer, they inform me that his insurance keeps denying it and there is a problem. SO WHY DIDNT YOU CALL AND TELL ME THAT 4 DAYS AGO BEFORE HE RAN OUT OF MEDS! This place is deplorable.

Pharmacy staff incompetent, rude , unprofessional , and cannot handle there stress produced by work or life in general very ignorant experience more then once at this specific location hope rite aid looks into this and sees this pretty sad your using this many incompetent people for a customer service/care industry extreme lack of customer service and care between your pharmacy staff doing one thing then saying another and being ignorant between each other , and the lady running the cash register just holding the counter up with the chair she doesn’t ever leave ! Very disgusted with this company and the staff they employ will not be returning and will be expressing the horrible experience to any future current customers

This place is horrible if you need meds. I'm here to get my meds and the power is out. I call BS. Everyone around the store has power, even the traffic signals...When they are open, it takes forever to get your script if they even have it. What happened to right aid. They are all horrible for meds now. Prices for everything are super hight.

I want to Walgreens today. I had a question for the pharmacy. Told they would be with me shortly. No one waiting but me. I waited several minutes and was ignored. Went to Rite aid and received immediate help within less then two mintues.

Rite Aid hardly ever answers the telephone but I guess they are busy. They take a lunch break from 1:30 to 2 pm. Service is good. Employees are pleasant and helpful.
