I keep telling myself I need to change to CVS and hope it'll be a better experience. My family has used this location for ~20 years, and in the last year or two they have drastically changed for the worse.It seems like each month I run out of my prescription because my refill gets "lost in the system" or "we're still waiting for it to be shipped to us from the distribution center". I am getting so tired of the excuses as to why they just can't seem to do what they are there for! I call for refills several days in advance, so im not being unreasonable with my expectations. Today, I'm waiting 6 days for a super important script refill that im out of and they can't tell me when it'll get done!!! So not acceptable, and always a problem.I guess I just need to change to another pharmacy and hope they're not all this screwed up!

I can't imagine anybody giving a bad review unless they were in a bad mood and took it out on the employees. My experience was that they were extremely helpful when I moved to the area and had issues transferring prescriptions. It was multiple factors from doctors to insurance and compared to other rite aids that I visited in virginia, this one is the best I've been to in a long time. I would say equivalent in service to the best pharmacy I dealt with in virginia out of maybe 5 that I had experiences with there. Be kind, be patient, and they helped me in the best way possible.

This place is a joke. Don't know why I haven't switched pharmacies yet. Never notify you when your prescription is ready. I've asked to be put on their auto call. I have also been called from the store so they do have my phone number. Also, don't bother calling. They either immediately put you on hold and don't return or they don't answer at all.

Excellent experience both in the store and the pharmacy. The staff is always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They go beyond expected service every time.

Look I understand how hard the Pharmacists & Staff are working and usually it's ok . And absolutely nobody has ever been rude to me in over 25 years of service here! They really do try their best. UNTIL YOU CALL!These workers don't even give you a chance to talk and they immediately put you on hold and sometimes never return.I've been on hold for almost 40 minutes and still nobody answers. PLEASE TRY HARDER TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!! I understand you're understaffed but if we need a Rx it's very important.

This Rite Aid is pathetic. The line for the pharmacy is 12 people deep. The tech can’t speak English and she’s handling meds. The head pharmacist has been heard boasting of what a great job she has done with this store. Take a reality pill!

It was the closest pharmacy to me. I went there because I needed some allergy medicine. They had what I needed. Then they asked me to take a survey. Silly me. I did. If you are asked to take a survey tell them no and move on. Everyone have a nice day.

They've gotten better but do need more help it seems to speed things up as they seemed to have gotten busier as not sure if it's cause they gotten alittle better or if it's cause ppl got the craps of other places lately so they switched to here lately . But seems like they gotten better staff it seems to work better there lately

I’d recommend another location or another business for your pharmacy needs.I’ve had issues prior but todays visit is what is leading me to write this review.Last evening I came to pick up my script. I wasn’t allowed to pick up until this morning. The employee advised me to call at 8am to verify that my script was ready.Being out of medication, it was critical for me to get the script since I was scheduled to work at 9am.I attempted calling 4 times. The phone rang for almost 3 minutes the first 3 times and the 4th time, I heard an employee around 2 minutes.She had to connect me to the pharmacy. I waited for another 2 minutes. By this time, I had already arrived at the pharmacy.My script wasn’t ready. This medication is critical for me to have. They said, “come back around 12pm.”I couldn’t get back to the pharmacy until 3pm, since I have responsibilities.I was then told that it would be another 30 minutes.Along with this, the customer service is good about 10% of the time.There are maybe 2 in the pharmacy who treat people well.As I waited this morning, an employee swore.They seem to be miserable.Covid or not, short handed or not - poor customer service and needing to return to the pharmacy 3 times for a script is unacceptable.

I was told by a rite aide associate on the phone this afternoon that I could just walk in and they would give me my covid shot. She said they had extra pharmacits this evening so it would be no trouble to get seen. It would be no problem to get me in.When I got to the store a very heavy set white man who had a limp when he walked was very rude to me.He was behind the counter in the pharmacy around 8 pm when I arrived. He said someone gave you wrong information. I asked if he could squeeze me in because I have a very tight schedule and he said no. He said come back tommorow morning 10 am.

girl at the front register was too busy talking on the phone over her airpods than checking me out. she claimed clearance items are buy one get one 75% off. they are supposed to be all 75% off. i ended up having to find someone else in the store to help me & show them the sign.

This pharmacy does not honor GoodRx. You think they would care more for customers and honor those prices like other good pharmacies do. I now remember why I stopped going there due to that and some rude clerks.
