I asked the cashier I would like to pay with two bank cards separately and she still charged me on one and on the other note while I was talking she’s was having another conversation so I’m guessing she wasn’t listening to me

I don't normally leave reviews however this time I will. I had a flag football game to go to last Saturday(08/09/25) and approximately around 10:50am, 11:30am I stopped into Rutters to get some stuff and I met this awesome and amazing woman who was putting away the truck that they normally get. She made me felt welcomed. Eventhough she was working she still took time to help me out and find what I was looking for and she was very friendly and I definitely appreciate the customer service that she displayed. Definitely, a professional and she definitely deserves a raise for her hard work. This whole store was very welcoming as well.

Disgusting, Looks very unorganized. .Restrioms are closed. Worker did not allow my 5 year old to use the employee bathroom when the regular ones are closed for I don’t know what reason and she is a child.

Giving one star because the food here was horrible. My French fries were soggy and not even cooked all the way through. If you can’t make something as simple as fries you don’t need to be near a kitchen ever. The burger was the cafeteria soybean burger they served back in school (if you know you know). I paid $33 for that garbage and didn’t eat it, i feel like I am owed a refund. Customer service was amazing Kalen I hope I spelled her name right, she’s the cashier at the front she’s awesome amazing customer service. Overall I wouldn’t ever come back for food.

DO NOT USE AUTOMATIC CAR WASH!!! Nothing against store but automatic car wash hit my trunk upon drying and dented it. Did not wash passengers side with brushes. I have a small sedan so I can't imagine what damage it would do to a larger vehicle.

Love Rutter's, always loved Rutter's. Rutter's is York County. There was a problem with the route 30 store the one by Kelly drive. Everytime I go in there the employees are all clowning around when I asked them to cook my breakfast sand a certain way they laughed. I don't know what he did but when I went to eat it. It was hard as a rock you couldn't even bite into it. So from now on I'm going to Sheetz. And I guess I will start buying all my gas there to. So you lost more then just a few dollars. How's that Mr. Funny man.

The service here is the worst. Employees laughing and cohorting leaving customers wait until they feel like waiting on you. Then not even a hello when they finally decide they are ready wait on you.Just awful.
