i stopped in here a few times on my way home from work, usually around 10:30/11:00pm. the young lady, grace, is always so friendly and talkative. i hadn’t seen her in a while, until the other day. she was so sweet and definitely cares for the customers. always greets me with a smile, and asks how i’m doing. i hope she gets recognized for her great work!

I come here often and just saw the guy making the food put my food in with gloves on and go get the mop bucket and pull the mop out and start mopping then my food dropped and he proceeded to touch my food with the same gloves on he had when I walked up and order my food. Yuck I am not coming back. Sheetz will now get all my business.

Man, I never leave reviews, but stopped to grab some food, because I knew the sheetz and 83 dinner were likely to be packed, and rutters is usually pretty good in and out for trucks.... yeah, never again. Worst overpriced gas station food I've ever had. Low quality meat on Italian sub tasted like pure salt, and the bun was so thin it was practically non existent, to maybe balance some of that saltiness, tacos, cold, and good help they could spare lettuce and onion..... profits, dry and tasted like cardboard. Then it didn't help it took almost a half hour because the workers were more worried about goofing around. ..... yup, I'll stick to sheetz, loves and flying j.... gotta stop somewhere on the fly, those are miles ahead...... if I ever stop at rutters again, it'll be for a coffee and that's it.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ALCOHOL AT THE LEADERS HEIGHTS RUTTERS, THIS IS THE 2ND TIME WITHIN 2 DAYS THAT THE BEER IS TOTALLY FLAT AND UNDRINKABLE...NO REFUNDS because it was opened!!!WELL HOW WOULD I KNOW IF IT IS BAD IF I DIDN'T TRY IT.??

Smaller than the average rutters, 2 issues at this store, one little, one big.Little: why make truck drivers walk the whole way around the store just to get inside? What if they have trouble walking? That's a pretty poor design.Big: Do NOT like seeing racial slurs on bathroom walls not being cleaned up for over a week.

I make it a goal to stop here every time I’m in the area. Hot fresh food, clean bathrooms, a few truck parking spots, nice cashiers and good prices. Always 5 star treatment! Rutters is the best

I made the mistake of driving home before checking what was in my bag. The "burger" I ordered had everything but the burger in it and I'm not sure that the fries were even cooked.
