This location is clean, friendly, and the gas pumps seem to work. Why only one star, then? We waited 15 minutes hot bar food that seemed cooked until we bit into it, and we were in a hurry so we could not return. We used the URL that an employee keeps copypasting in responses to these reviews and were told to call the manager of the store and stop by for a refund or supply our Rutter's card for some free meal items. But we don't live in PA and don't pass this store ever, so those are out. As a last ditch effort we tried calling the store and left a message, but who knows if the manager got it, and our calls were not returned. The lesson: Don't email back and forth with corporate who will delay a week or more at a time. If your food was bad, just file a chargeback. Don't wait. Otherwise they will try to run the clock out on you.

I stop at this location often. Staff is always pleasant and patient. Coffee bar has been clean and well stocked. Store and restroom area xclean.

This place is a complete joke! Don't ever expect your food in a timely matter tonight unfortunately I sat and waited 10 mins for a burger and pretzel bites wile the worker talked someone's ear off for 5 mins then left completely and was no where to be found considering there's 3 other employees just walking around, I'm very understanding but this was complete negligence don't bother head to sheetz right up to road or another rutters that's not this one.
