Depending on who is making the food, it’s a hit or miss. There’s a younger girl I believe she has black hair and she’s shorter….she makes my walking tacos multiple times a week when I get off work at 11pm and they are the best. This time an older lady made it and it had no meat in it at all. I wouldn’t even say one scoop. I can tell just when I pick up my bag which one makes it just by how light it is.

The 3rd shift lady with the red hair is awesome. She always has coffee fresh and a smile on her face. She is my favorite!! Please pay her well. She definitely deserves it!!!

Terrible service! Waited for 5 minutes with 6 other customers while this knucklehead mopped the floor. He saw us but just kept mopping.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I love Rutters but damn, Savannah, is extremely rude to me EVERY she checks me out at the register, she does not even say one word to Me. If I say hi to you, I except that back, she couldn't even tell me my total, no acknowledgement that I said thank you, no "have a nice day" after the transaction. This interaction happens every time she and I interact. But is all nice to people in front and behind me.
Because of this and how rude she is among some other staff members including supervisor.....I will not walk back into that store because if I do I will be even more rude.
This really is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

The Rutters on Hellam has friendly, attentive staff, but the quality of the food is inconsistent and usually not warm enough to meet my tastes and more importantly, I doubt it would meet state requirements for holding Temps.Today's purchase was a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, ordered from the Kiosk around 630am. This time of day should have a full staff, and quality ingredients that are at the correct temperature, as this time in the morning is popular for getting food and fuel.Unfortunately, I was handed a sandwich with an overcooked, dry Biscuit that fell apart while trying to eat it. The cheese did not melt as the Sausage & Egg were cool to the touch. I assume that it's typically put in the microwave for 15 seconds or so to warm everything up and make sure the cheese melts, but this did not happen today... or most other days. I've gotten many cold burgers, and other sandwiches that are made from ingredients that should be held above 140° but are not.Sheetz is 1 mile up the road and their food is consistently warm and tasty. Their staff is also friendly, so why give my $4 to Rutters just to receive something that is inedible, when I can get something better, for the same price elsewhere?

Rutters #38 is the greatest rutters of all time. No rutters I’ve been to has topped this rutters. I’m a life long hellam resident and this is probably the best thing we have in town, no joke. I wheelie my bike down 462 like every day to this rutters I’ve probably spent more than $500 here deservingly. I love all the cashiers they’re super chill and always nice. Slushies are a great option for something cheap if you wanna go there with a lotta friends but don’t wanna spend money. Lots of memories with my homies here too it’s basically the “hangout spot” of hellam and I love it. I buy an energy drink here almost every time I go. Food always comes out fast and good. Never had a single bad experience here and it will remain the most interesting / fun thing to do in hellam in my eyes.

Very bad wish I could give less than one star this is an extra extra large fries I ordered funnel cake fries and they did not have powdered sugar and tried to give it to me anyway wow won't be coming here anytime soon for any kind of food gas only from here on out
