Second time & last time. The guy always acts like he’s so busy and you sit and wait and wait and wait. There’s NO OTHER CARS IN THE PARKING LOT AND IM THE ONLY ONE IN DRIVE THRU. GET YOUR SH!T TOGETHER. this is embarrassing.

Staff at the branch were nice and tried to be helpful, but what an absolute joke of a bank that I’ll never consider doing business with again! Misleading and a huge waste of my time!!
