Came here last weekend as I usually do, late evening, and it’s always, always a madhouse! I get food for my whole family, and about the time it takes for it to come out I could’ve slaughtered a chicken myself and fried it up for my wife, kids, and grandkids! This weekend was the most egregious! I had waited about thirty minutes for my food to come out and the wait was not worth it. :( To get started, I had ordered a Big Mozz chicken sandwich, but the only thing about it was big! No mozz here! My little Jasper didn’t get his brownie milkshake either because the machine was down. And I truly can’t blame the staff here, because there is nobody! Every time I go there is only one or two behind the MTO. With how busy it gets on the weekend, you’d think they’d have the staff to compensate for it and deliver quality service. Other establishments who know how to staff and run their kitchen will get my money and time from now on!

Managers always make EXCUSE ON 2ND shift if something isn't working, but never try to help customer satisfaction,, oh the sheeetz is bad !

Love coming here, tonight I stopped in for a slushy and a small snack to have after I got off work and for some reason, my one card wouldn’t allow me to transfer money to my other card so I can use it for Apple Pay when I was checking my stuff out, and I was getting a little frustrated and one of the managers noticed that I was struggling at first obviously I was frustrated and talking to my boyfriend about it and he asked me if everything was OK and if there’s anything he can help with me and I said yeah and he comes over and notices that I was struggling and at first I was a little nervous cause I don’t want him to think the wrong thing that I wasn’t gonna pay for it or anything like that because I most definitely was and for some reason my card just didn’t allow me to transfer more money so I told him it’s OK I’ll just get the drink and I’ll leave this behind and he was very sweet and helped me out for tonight so I 10 out of 10 recommend this sheets because they’re just pretty cool!

I ordered hash browns and croissant breakfast sandwiches this morning and when I got them the hash browns were soaked in oil I had to put them in my air fryer so they were somewhat edible and because of all the oil dripping off them my sandwich was greasy and cold with no flavor.... Will no longer order from here again

Disappointed in the bathrooms at this location. I don’t know why a clean bathroom can’t be the standard. Food was quick and staff were nice, just disappointed that the bathroom smelled and was why pass the point of any attention it needed.

The staff at this particular location have no idea how to read. You place an order on door dash and order 2 items, they will only give you 1.

I ordered 4 hot dogs with just mustard, ketchup and old bay and yet when I got home? All 4 of them had this creamy substance on it and I think it was mayonnaise. It completely ruined my order
