This location have and sitting area with 30 seats/chairs, and pretty much empty I am homeless so I come to purchase coffee and to charge my phone, due to medical issues i need my cell phone charge incase of an emergency. Sheetz worker informed me to purchase something every hour, if your a person of color be mindful of racism, even though I am a paying customer, this will be my last day coming i have to go to Walmart to charge my phone to avoid sheetz racism

This store has got to the nastiest, most unclean, foul smelling Sheetz I've ever been to. The floors look like they haven't been mopped in days. The beer cooler is trashed and your feet literally stick to the floor. I watched an employee walk past trash on the floor multiple times without picking it up. The slushy machines look like it wasn't cleaned for quite some time. It was filled with liquid and had fruit flies.

Paid $12 for a salad, waited half an hour, everyone else around me got their food and left . I worked at sheetz so I know that if my order is not on the screen it means it has been bumped. I walked up to the counter and was stared at 3 times and not acknowledged, my boyfriend went up to ask about my order only for them not to even check, and just say it hasn’t been completed yet. After everyone else had left and we were still standing there not being acknowledged . I ended up just leaving having paid for food that I never received. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service and attention to detail. We frequent this sheetz and the experience is normally good, but will not be returning after this.

They bump orders off the screen and then don't make them, and get pissy when you ask about it. Waited half an hour for a $15 dollar salad that got kicked off the screen, and when I tried asking if the order was getting made, the employees kept brushing me off or ignoring me outright.

This place have public's restrooms for man and woman's.
I was with my two young girls in side the women's restroom and after using the single restroom we got a surprise that there is a man inside, he is wearing an uniform so he was an employee of sheetz but there is no sign that someone is cleaning, we didn't see any when we came in or left.
Sheetz Please teach your employees to respect women's space.
People please be careful and don't send your kids alone to this public restrooms.

I don't always write reviews, even for bad events. However, I went to this Sheetz today and the sheer disregard and unwillingness to acknowledge one person's mistake was inexcusable.
I ordered hot dogs with Ketchup, mustard, and onions. Prior to my order being completed, a young man who was bagging items, dropped another customer's sandwiches on the floor. They were wrapped and he picked them up and bagged them. No problem.
He failed to change his gloves afterward and then proceeded to top my hot dogs. When I brought it to his attention that he didn't change his gloves after picking up items from the floor, he just stated repeatedly, "I work here, it's okay. Don't worry about it." I asked if he understood why I questioned him not changing gloves and he just continued to repeat the same thing.
I do credit a different employee there for asking if I wanted my order remade, and that was great! However, it was the other guy that just turned me off to ordering food there if I see him working, going forward.
Imagine what else he may not care about when no one is looking if he isn't considerate even when people can see what he's doing.

This Sheetz is nice, but they have a beer cave instead of a soda one which kinda sucks. Other than that everything is pretty nice. Store is clean and they have a wide range of drinks which is nice. They also have a lot of monsters which other Sheetz don't carry which is pretty nice. 9/10
