Always open. Restrooms are clean. Fuel prices are reasonable. However I have notice fuel is a lot cheaper in Hanover versus York. Recently I purchase fuel in Hanover for with my three cents discount was $3.81 versus here in York 4.19 a gal. Almost pays you to drive to Hanover for fuel.
