I went to change a size and i had the ticket and the woman told me a i had to pay $14 dollars because the price change, i was so mad for only change a size.

Place continues to have difficulty with pushing people for their phone numbers at checkout after they say no. If somebody says no once, don't keep pushing. Store manager needs to speak to cash register associates to let them know that no means no

This is about the only place in this Mall that's worth going too. Every time I go in there I leave with at least three pairs of shoes, verses going to one store and buying one pair. Good selections. Staff is extremely friendly sometimes but that can be ignored while looking at all the displays of shoes, sometimes. The one cashier there is very annoying that is probably the worst part of going to the store. She sits there and double-checks everything, Angus goes off about whatever.

Really great selection, always look here first. I just wish I got coupons every few months, or an anniversary one around the time I originally signed up. Still, the perks I earn never expire.
